Right from the receptionist to the technician who performed the procedure, it was a pleasant experience. The screening could not be completed right away as I need a fuller bladder. The lady very patiently offered me some water and asked me to wait in a room for half an hour. At no time did she exhibit any annoyance or lack of courtesy. She was very kind, patient and professional. I was very pleased with her, so I just wanted to put a nice word for Christina and the entire staff of this fancily. Thank you!

I was reminded of my appointment via text, which was helpful. I specifically booked my ultrasound with a doctor because I wanted to get the interpretation of what was on the screen right on the spot. It was helpful because I was able to see areas of possibly concern and understand what is going on inside my body. Overall, I would highly recommend getting your ultrasound done here. The only issue I have was the parking. I couldn't find the free parking around the nearby street, but there's paid parking on the street for $2 an hour, which wasn't too bad.

She was great: Friendly, cheerful and quite knowledgeable. I wish she were taking on new patients as a family physician, because she was so very "comfortable" to talk with, and super efficient. This clinic is handy because it's right next to the Fortino's. If I need to go to a walk-in again, I'll try to catch Dr. Tam at this one.

His appearance and clothes was one of a homeless man really rough looking and huge. he talked down to her for the visit.
