Two women were talking about a hypnotherapist that they loved, I overheard, asked them who it was and the rest is history. I started seeing Erika because I had been in a car accident in Seattle and was so anxious about driving in the rain, it was debilitating. My regular talk therapy at the time was not enough. Our sessions were in person and hypnotherapy and reiki in person at the beginning. I was able to work through my fears of driving in the rain in these sessions. My sessions with Erika have morphed into phone sessions of energy healing and life coach more than anything else. I love my sessions and feel like the concrete changes I have made in my life are noticeable to me and my family. I love getting homework and look forward to working on the changes I need to make. I have come a long way in 5 years and am excited to continue working with Erika. A lot of people think it is woowoo to work with an energy healer but I love it. I started seeing her because of an accident. She has helped me work through a death, surgery recovery, friend divorce, relationship issues, etc. Our phone sessions always leave me feeling so good and ready to get things done.

All of our sessions have been remote and I find this to be a huge benefit. Being in the comfort of my own home allows me to relax and lean into the work in a way that I don't think would be possible if I were in an office or any less familiar environment. I also like the fact that I'm already home at the end of each session - normally I like to grab a drink of water and relax for a bit after each session so it's great to be able to do that. I highly recommend this option! Erika has helped me feel more grounded in my body, more confident, and far less stressed and anxious than I've ever felt. I have tried many different types of therapy over the years and I think working with Erika has allowed me to do some deep healing on a soul level that I just wasn't able to reach before. I am so grateful for her patience, reassurance, and calm guidance throughout our work together. I look forward to working with her further!

After seeing the good reviews, I brought my 16-year old daughter in and after just the first session, she was calmed and grounded - so much so that I wasn't sure how it could have helped so much so quickly. The good thing is that he educates you as you get treatment. My daughter said things like, "I feel so calm", "He didn't force any ideas on me but made me ponder about them," and "it was like a massage but hands-off, hands-on and understanding various chakras" (I don't know what all of this means so I will try it myself). She seemed very happy with it and I am very happy with how it made her feel more balanced.

Within that time, I felt weight melt off my shoulders, breaths come easier, and a sense of ease replace dread. I even laughed a couple of times! After the tapping she then provided energetic Reiki healing work that helped ingratiate the cognitive shifts throughout my being. Alesia's guidance to help me realize things for myself, along with the sense of unconditional compassion, is unmatched in all of the healers I have worked with over the past two decades. The worries of the past couple of years, and for the loved ones around me, were gone, replaced by a sense of calm and capacity. I tell people it's as if I had years of therapy in one session. The wonderful part about Alesia's knowledge is that she uses it appropriately and gives of it easily. I left feeling empowered to apply tapping in a way that works for me when I start to feel stress around life. I realize this may sound extreme, but it is true...completely true in the profound simplicity of the process and the experience. It is an hour drive for me each direction, but definitely worth it, and I will be back. I have not written a public recommendation in 10 years, but I felt I had to for Alesia and Namaste Healing Arts.

When I went and saw a vibe he was very clear at to what the session was gonna be about he was very transparent and hes one of the best energy workers I've Had the pleasure of meeting his session was so powerful that my energetical frequency was lifted tenfold but unfortunately I wasn't ready in my life to make those changes and it kind of got me scared to how powerful he got me as far as an energetic level an energetic level that I didn't go back. One thing he made sure over these years is that he can only take you as far as you allow. Meaning he does not overstep unless you want and ask for help. I'm glad he doesn't wanna fix you, but instead shows you how powerful you can be if you allow yourself to be. I'm glad he's not for everyone. Especially the one who chooses fear.
