Recently I attended a Reiki 1 Training and Attunement she offered. It was so life-giving! I'll remember the attunement forever - I felt so alive, connected to the lineage of Reiki, and empowered to be a healer. Also ever since I have been sleeping incredibly and have had such a positive energy shift. I'm so grateful to now be able to share the gift of Reiki with others. Thank you Amy!

At the beginning of this year, I signed up for a vision manifestation workshop put on by Yarah…read moreSutra (yes that is her real name!), a healer, priestess, and expert facilitator, based in Seattle, WA. It was a transformative, multi-sensory, and emotional experience that transitioned me, the participant, through a multitude of experiences and activities, from meditation, to work sheeting, to soul cleansing dance, and finally to the creation of a vision board as a physical artifact to represent the experience and the future manifestation of my desires. Over the past 11 years, as I have dove further into researching the power of the subconscious mind (psychology) and how our brain influences motivation and emotional control (neuroscience), I have quickly realized that more people in the world would benefit from this sort of experience where personal strategic planning meets psychological transformation. Many people want to better connect with their desires, achieve more happiness and success, and gain more self awareness, and I believe this type of workshop is a great way to kick off a change in your life. In particular, women tend to display particular self limiting beliefs (stemming from our patriarchal culture) that can result in us holding back from truly chasing our desires and dreams. What's really cool about Yarah's methods are the strong connection to human cultural traditions that have been in place for thousands of years: dance, drums, and meditation. She takes these elements and adds in process driven writing and visioning to add the right amount of structure and organization to complete the workshop experience. As someone who also works with people to build an immersive visioning workshop, I know the importance of compelling imagery and a moving experience to stir deep motivation and clarity not only within the rational brain, but also within the emotional brain. I have a couple of pictures from the event here, as well as my vision board itself. Every time I see this beautiful work of art, created by yours truly, it reignites a sense of clarity and intention around what I want to achieve this year. I can't recommend Yarah highly enough as a facilitator and guide for this type of experience. She is a fun, bubbly person who has been certified since 2011 and had a passion for much longer. If you big (which I highly recommend) - try the Ashiatsu massage. It might sound a bit strange as the main body part used in this type of massage is the foot. This allows for a deeper massage that really awakens your body. For those of you who aren't a big fan of deep tissue massages, the bar grips allow Red to adjust the pressure, as needed, to ensure every massage will leave your body fully relaxed and at one.

I left each session feeling significantly lighter, relaxed, and optimistic about life. The in-person space is easy to get to and has a very calm and soothing atmosphere. I highly recommend Audra for anyone who has done traditional therapy methods but didn't quite get the desired results. For me, I was able to not only confront my trauma head on, but also accept it and leave it behind all in the same session. Her methods were so transformational for me and I look forward to continuing hypnotherapy work when I am able.

Before beginning this hypnotherapy work, I was deeply afraid of money, afraid to make it, afraid to…read morehave it. I unconsciously associated money with betrayal, loss, and spiritual danger. The idea of trading my life force for survival in a system that didn't feel aligned felt suffocating. I also carried ancestral and personal wounds where money was used for control or harm. In my past, someone who represented evil was obsessed with money, which made me reject it entirely as a form of protection. Through our 9 sessions, Audra and I slowly dismantled those beliefs. I came face to face with the root fears and survival programming I didn't know were shaping my life. I saw clearly that my avoidance of money wasn't laziness or lack ,it was trauma, entanglement, and protection. I wasn't equipped to have money back then because it wasn't safe to want it. Now, I feel different. I've reprogrammed the meaning of money in my body and my mind. I no longer see it as something dark or dangerous. I now see it as a neutral energy, a tool that reflects who I am, what I value, and how I serve. I've reconnected with my ability to earn and receive money without fear or guilt. I'm ready to allow it in, aligned with my sovereignty and truth. This work changed my relationship with money at the root. I'm so grateful for this transformation. I'm planning to do the 9 sessions again, for other beliefs that need to be rewritten. Thank you for guiding me back to myself, Audra. warmly

From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to understand exactly where I was experiencing pain, tension, and tightness. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative, explaining what she was doing and why, which really helped me feel confident that I was in good hands. She didn't just follow a routine -- she truly customized the session based on my body's needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. Throughout the massage, she checked in with me to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable, which showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. By the end of the session, I felt deeply relaxed, much less tense, and overall refreshed both physically and mentally. You can tell she is very skilled, professional, and passionate about what she does. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived, and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality, therapeutic, and caring massage experience. xoxo Raji
