Acosta was friendly, polite, and attentive. He told me that the inspiration for the bakery was derived from his own dietary restrictions. Acosta told me that his recipes come from his mother and his wife, who inspire him to create healthy foods with great taste. I ordered the banana-walnut loaf which is made of almond flour and coconut sugar. The sweetness was subtle, but where it lacked sweetness the banana and walnut flavors fused to make the dessert a memorable one. Since they deliver, they do not have a brick and mortar, just yet. But knowing them the ambiance will be amazing, homey and vibrant. We will have to stay tuned for that one.
