This is my first yelp review. I literally downloaded the app because I felt compelled to talk about how awesome this place is!! I am new to this hobby and I get excited about all the different aspects of vaping. Good Guy Vapes ( particularly Jeremy and Billy ) has been my go to place for all my vaping needs. These guys are so helpful and informative. They make my fiancé and I feel welcomed and at home. I have been to a few other shops and I have felt like my enthusiasm towards vaping was not received well. I felt like I was a bothersome peon. I get the complete opposite from Jeremy and Billy. They are happy to answer all my questions, guide me in my decisions, and suggest the right products for what I am looking for. On top of that they are just some really cool laid back dudes. My fiancé and I look forward to our trips there and tend to spend time hanging out after our purchases because we feel so welcomed. It doesn't feel like a business it's more like the "cheers" of vape shops everyone knows your name. Anyone I know who vapes I strongly encourage to go there and get the same experience I do. THE best vape shop around by far. Every single staff member is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They're honest, friendly, and fun to be around. Every time my fiancé and I walk in, not only are we are immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the staff but we are also updated on the new mods and juices. One particular employee who has helped me pick out my last 3 mods is Jeremy. Jeremy is awesome! You can pick any juice they carry and he'll tell you his honest opinion. It's great because he knows exactly which flavors we like and don't like so he's able to give recommendations accordingly and they are always on point! I would recommend this vape shop to everyone. I will only ever shop at Good Guy capes but more specially the Pompton lakes location. Every time I go in there now only is everyone helpful but they are all just happy to be there. The service Gary gives me specially is the single handed reason I won't go anywhere else. Even if it's something that is out of stock I will wait till he gets it back in to purchase it from him. I have never had a bad experience here and further more everytime I leave not only do I leave happy but I always learn something about a hobby I've been slowly getting into. I walked in and said "you got a juul?" Nobody heard me because they were so involved with other customers so I just let it slide. I asked what kind of specials they had and they started talking about a rewards program. I was thrilled!! I bought a bottle of bubble gang and hung around because they had some nice hardwood flooring. A lot nicer than my house. I was really pleased with how they decorated for the holidays and Eric is really cute. After my stop, I walked over to Circle A and got a bottle of vanilla coke because it's been a while since I've had some. overall it was a good experience. 8/8 read more

I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys vaping! Customer service is absolutely on point and they have taken care of any question or complaint I have brought to them. The owner is amazing and treats everyone with care and respect. I've been vaping for a few years now and good guy has been my first and only vape shop. They deserve a five star. I bought my vape at Vapor City, Vernon. When I moved in here in Pompton Lakes my husband recommended me to go to Good Guy Vales instead. And that time I really need to replace my coil and rushed to Good Guy Vape and they were really nice to me and they even gave me free liquid juice for my vape.
