I'm writing because, where it's a nice day, I've had my window open, and therefore was listening as the two Phil's employees (hell, maybe one of them is Phil?) engaged with people parking their cars and needing to move for alternate-side-parking today. The two of them were so kind and professional asking people gently to move, guiding cars, figuring out where the best place to go was for each car to facilitate both their parking and the crane's. I don't know, there's just something about these two that really touched me - the way they do their job effectively and kindly at the same time. We are lacking in kindness right now in the US.
