Was pretty busy today so oil change took a little longer than usual. Service was great. About 4 employees total messed with my car because they were so busy. Needed the 'service required' computer message to be reset. Sadly I bought my car used and it had no manual. One of the two female employees knew right what to do after three males didn't. We need more females in automotive positions. Overall great experience. Told me what services were recommended by the mileage but I hardly drive anywhere so I didn't do any of them at the time but did make a note of it so I could keep it in mind.

Their evidence is caked oil around the plug. The first time I took it back to my previous provider they verified the oil levels weren't low and they changed the plug. My grandparents are both 90 and dealing with cancer, and recently they've had ongoing issues with their vehicle. Between the repairs and the warranty company giving them the runaround, they ended up without their car for a week. When you have frequent doctor appointments, reliable transportation is so important. European Auto Service on 1097 in Willis has been absolutely wonderful through the entire situation. They dealt with the warranty company, walked my grandpa through every step, and genuinely cared about getting them safely back on the road. What has impressed me most isn't just the work they've done, but the way they've treated my grandpa. With patience, kindness, and the kind of genuine care you don't always come across these days. As a small business ourselves, I think it's important to recognize other businesses that truly care about the people they serve. They treated my grandparents like family, and I can't express how much that means to me. Thank you, European Auto Service, for looking out for my family. It hasn't gone unnoticed, and I'm incredibly grateful.
