am extremely disappointed with the terrible service at this facility. The administrative handling…read moreand overall patient care were completely unacceptable. Scheduling an appointment is incredibly difficult, and once you arrive, the wait times are unreasonably long.To make matters worse, the staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and shows a complete lack of empathy for patients dealing with stressful health concerns. Communication is virtually non-existent, and trying to get a straight answer regarding billing or follow-ups is an ongoing headache. A cardiology clinic should prioritize patient care and efficiency, but this place falls completely short. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for cardiovascular care. Had an EP 9/16/26. I was informed that I needed to make F/U visit after being released from Mclaren. Did on 9/21. Staff: " we are booked months out" Me: I was informed that Drs leave openings for these type of outcomes..Staff: sorry. Me: Thanks. Same day: Staff... ring ring. " we would like to schedule you for a FU" Me: sorry you had your chance and disrespected me ..I hung up.. The next day some mean woman called in a tone. . I explained what was going on..staff: wasn't me. and I'm not going to argue with you. Me: Goodbye!

Dr. Daros said let's start with your most urgent issues and we will work through them. This was before MDVIP After about a year I was feeling the best I had in over 20 years he did have a lot to fix lol. When he retired his son took over our care. He is also just as equal to the SR. And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. Health is everything. With MDVIP or without at this office it has always been above average care.
