I'm glad I decided to do the trial run because I was better prepared for the second round. I knew how to hold my arms/wrists better to avoid creases, knowing to ask my spray artist to wipe my wrists after, and prepping better like exfoliating and moisturizing (do not skip this). I was consistent with exfoliating and lotion for 5 days prior to my second tan and it came out way better than the first. Both spray artists I had were polite and comfortable to be around since you gotta stand there naked lol. I will say since I am very pale to begin with it was a good choice going with their "clear coat" spray to avoid looking orange. There were some pictures I'm seeing from the wedding that make me look oranger than others but overall I was happy with how it turned out.

She did not even ask kindly if I would pay the fee which I would have from the start if I knew. I felt completely attacked because she went in circles of how I didn't pay. I barely said a few words to her the entire interaction. I work in the aesthetic industry and the normal response would have been that I see you didn't pay for your no show and come to an understanding as I did notify her, but she said I didn't. She has tens of appointments daily that I can see and told me one person needed my specific appointment... This could have been waived as I've never seen her. I left with my mouth dropped with how she reacted to me being there. I understand your system, but I didn't understand your behavior. I had tried calling over 5 times over the last few months to schedule and was never called back after leaving messages and your website/scheduling system was not set up to allow to make appointment requests prior to a month ago and then I'm hollered at because I missed an appointment. The facility and room were clean and in good repair, unlike some tanning places I've been to where they look really rundown. I ended up leaving my watch there and Katie called right away so I could come back and get it. I really appreciated that! Given my experience, I ended up buying a three pack since I wanted to come back for tans before other upcoming trips. The tan ended up looking great - not too dark or too orange.
