Their online store doesn't carry the same deals, but there's usually a sale of some sort if you'd rather not venture out into the middle of nowhere that is Camarillo. The store is huge and quite neat. The emphasis is definitely on bags, pocketbooks, totes, wallets and other such accessories. I personally need wallets with ample pockets and card space, and Wilsons Leather fits that need. Sleek, modern designs in cute colors -- I'm obsessed. There's some clothes, but not much and nothing that's piqued my interest. Leather jackets honestly aren't my thing, so I don't mind that the store doesn't carry a large selection of them. Customer service is efficient and hands-off, which I like. They do try to sell you their leather protection spray at the register, but I don't recommend it unless you're buying real leather. Plenty of parking around the area, though the Outlets also get quite busy. Weekdays are a great time to come by. Weekends... can be a nightmare, to say the least.

In a…read moreboneheaded and very unusual move for me, I left my very precious glove (custom made for $200 by a company no longer making them) outside on my back porch during the torrential downpours we had earlier this year. I was out of town for two weeks while the rain poured. Though protected from the direct water falling, the glove developed one or two strains of mold on it!! I was mortified. I almost want to take a star off my review because it took an entire *month* to find a time when I could bring the glove to Ventura during this shop's open hours (M-F 9-5 sort of thing) as I work those same hours and can't easily take time off. But I finally got the glove to them and they were able to fix it for me. Cost was $50 but I would have gladly paid more as this glove could not be replaced. Looks beautiful and clean. I am so relieved and happy that they were able to help me fix my mistake!! I will definitely use them again if I have leather that needs help!
