Tried to resolve the issue(get the shaft replaced free of charge) with them in person but they only offered to replace the shaft for an additional cost of $125. Definitely not a place I'll do business again or recommend. Terrible customer service and possibly fraudulent business practices.

Glaring discrepancies: - the men's bathroom stalls don't stay locked efficiently and have a peek-a-poo gap you can use both eyes to see through. They'll spend money on fake plants, yet won't fix what's needed (this applies to other issues as well) - so far this summer, the outside "hot tub" is either disgusting, jets don't work, flooded with kids under 12 (there's a rule against that), or it's closed off - when it's busy, you'd swear no one in the greater Tulsa area is going to any other gym at that moment - it's succumb to the "Premium" disease. Some things you can't do unless you pay more - and a general membership is already pricey - if you want to play pickleball - good luck. They change the schedule of when the courts are available for whatever types of players. If it's free play, you might end up waiting awhile before you play again. There's only 3 courts. That's all for now. I'm sure there's other issues. Those are just from my lens. Two stars simply because it has so many services. Think "Costco" of gyms. It's got a dystopian feel and it's up to you how much kool aid you want to drink.

The lady up front told us 4:40, and that we can squeeze in if nobody's at the first hole, so we squeezed in around 4:25. The lady comes out and tells us "can you guys let these gentlemen go, because they were here first in a very rude and disrespectful tone. We then proceeded to play, then when we had one hole left, a guy came by and yelled out us for having the cart of the cart path, which was barely off the cart path, and that course is not the nicest so its not going to hurt it anymore than it already is. He also yelled at us and told us to leave because it was to late, i've played there before and they didn't care then. If you are rude to your customers who over pay for a cheap trashy course and then add rudeness to that, that just shows how disrespectful and rude those people are, and how they don't care about anything other than money.

There's only a couple of the original employees left but overall they've kept it real with Tulsa and they most importantly look after their customers. Which is hard to find anywhere, they don't order anything from a local distributor like everyone else in town they actually attend the trade shows meet the people behind the companies and really put effort into getting the knowledge about the products. For a fact the one who goes to order the products at the show tries everything himself and he's never steered me wrong. They legitimately want you to just have.
