Nice people, good teachers, clean facility, great machines, not over crowded, etc.. Money well spent.

Really awesome set up. He was helpful. It's not too crowded to I just walked in. They have complimentary nespresso coffee. Parking was convenient. I'll be back for sure! Great technology. Got to chatting with Chris about his background. It's been open for a year and highly recommend this. You got info on your swing and it's clear he made a solid investment into the machines. It's not the most vibey but that's not what I'm here for. Enjoyed it for all the useful things it provides and great service.

I'd never tried virtual golf before but my son and I had fun practicing our swings. I also noticed there were a few people taking lessons but they have several bays so reserving an open spot wasn't a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a cool concept if you want to improve your game or learn to play.  I also hosted my birthday party here. After the recent fires the outdoor air quality was terrible, so I began searching for an indoor activity for my birthday and decided on Valley Golf. Christian and Tiffany, the owners, were so easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. All my guests, kids and adults, had fun playing on the golf simulators. On the other side of their space they have a nice lounge area and tv where people could mingle and have some food and drinks. Music selection was perfect and overall Valley Golf was an excellent choice for a fun birthday outing. I would definitely host another event here in the future.

The first time around was actually a very positive experience and I look forward to returning, considering the fact that I live five minutes away . But two days ago I came in and the older Asian man or owner of the business was who was there. There was no hello or any type of greeting At least not at his part. All I was being asked was if I had been there before to which I replied yes . To my answer, all I received was a blank stare.. I tried to disregard it, and instead asked him after informing him that I was left-handed that I would be needing a left-handed set up . He still looked at me up and down like I was crazy, but I tried to be patient due to the fact that there was a bit of a language barrier . When I told him I needed one hour, I tried to peek at the clipboard with the pricing to which when he saw me do so he put his hand over the clipboard and covered it . Again, he had asked me and repeated if I had been here before . At this point, I was a little frustrated because I've already answered that question. And so I repeated a resounding yes . So he hesitates and then he tells me I will have to wait . Absolutely no problem with that . and after sitting for almost 25 minutes, he finally takes me over to a tea box that wasn't even being used. Oh wait, there's more . Thewas very little help in trying to set up . And from the looks of it, it looked like this gentleman didn't even know how the equipment works So after 20 minutes of trying to get the simulator to start working on my own . It was that I was able to finally get some practice. And if all of that wasn't enough at the end of my time, I was just gathering up all the balls for the next person .(just exercising a. Bit of golf etiquette.) this man came to snatch the shovel away from me. Now I understand we are living in some trying times . But given that this gentleman also has a language barrier as to imply that he's probably also an immigrant, the way I was made to feel like I wasn't welcomed and then made to wait the way I did seemed a little bit of unfair and unnecessary to me. It's safe to say that you guys have lost my business . And that I won't be returning. I know I might look like a Mexican from the ones you've been seeing on TV acting stupid. But let me assure you, we are not all the same . No hard feelings, but I'll never be back there again . I've only been golfing about a year and a half, and this is my worst experience since I found the sport

When I purchased something the first time, I accidentally used the wrong card as I had wanted to split payment into two cards. It showed as canceled on the system, but Noah immediately let me know that he would follow up to confirm funds were actually canceled (due to the new system being somewhat iffy). I came back again and he immediately recognized me, told me he had contacted corporate and actually read the email to me. Fortunately, the funds had come back in less than the estimated time. Between all of the interactions I had with him in the 3 store visits (including having to stay a few minutes after closing the first time due to the card issue), NOAH never showed ANY sign of being impatient, tired, or irritated. Initially I was slightly surprised he was the manager since it seemed other locations had mostly older individuals.. but after everything, I can see exactly why he is manager. He was frontline serving people next to the other workers, not just chilling and letting them do the work. I haven't experienced this type of customer service in a very long time, especially in a retail setting. Noah went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. Customer service as a whole has been steadily going downhill, and it was extremely refreshing to know there are people like him who actually deserve their position and respect (and (hopefully) his next promotion)). I observed very consistent interactions with ALL of his customers whenever I was waiting in line. This guy is definitely going places with his mindset and how he treats people. THANKS AGAIN NOAH! Regarding the store - layout is simple, left side has clubs, right side has accessories etc. Lots of used clubs, I found one that I'd been looking for in like-new condition at a great price. I saw a lot of people coming directly to the used club section to try to find the best deals. Other used clubs may be a bit more pricey considering their condition.. but this is a brick and mortar location so with overhead, can't always match online prices. Regardless, if you're just starting out and want to build your set with used clubs, they have very well priced ones for that. They have all of the new clubs as well. Simulator available too, tracks your ball speed, etc. Their parking lot usually has spots, it's not a tiny lot by any means but the entrance/exit may be a bit tight for some drivers. NOTE - Worldwide Golf Shops owns Roger Dunn so you may be able to match the price you see on there with an in-store club (although the prices are usually accurate). You can also use your Roger Dunn credit on WGS. Also, you may already know this but they have an extremely generous 90 day return policy. New clubs will get your money back to original payment method, used clubs will get you store credit - but if the used club comes back in noticeably worse condition, I don't think you'll get the full credit back.

I've never been one for the shiny gadgets or swing-tracking sorcery, and I only replace clubs when they start to look like survivors from a past war. So when I walked into True Spec Golf in Beverly Hills, I carried no expectations--just an open mind and a faint hope of hitting it higher and farther without sacrificing my soul to the gods of carbon fiber. Then came Simon Lee--a quiet craftsman of focus and precision. He didn't sell; he studied. He watched my swing like a codebreaker deciphering chaos, pairing heads and shafts with the calm of a surgeon and the curiosity of a mad scientist. Under the cold glow of TrackMan data, he translated spin rates and launch angles into a language I could understand, free of marketing gospel and tech babble. By the end, I was floored. Two of my old clubs? "Keep them," he said--"they're perfect." That kind of honesty is as rare as a hole-in-one in a hurricane. He even tossed in a few simple, lethal swing tips that changed everything. When my new clubs arrived and I had questions, he invited me back, explained, and fine-tuned--never rushed, never transactional, just a man obsessed with getting it right. Yes, True Spec is an investment--but a worthy one. You don't walk out a different golfer; you walk out the truest version of yourself, armed with tools built perfectly for your own brand of madness. The new gear won't cure my crooked swing or tame my tempo demons, but it's given me a fair fight. Six stars, without hesitation. I'd do it all again tomorrow.

Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. He took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, testing different shafts and heads to find the combination that truly worked best for my swing. What stood out the most was how honest and patient he was. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me something or rush the process. Instead, he focused on finding what actually worked. Even though he's the expert, he constantly asked for my feedback--how each club felt, what I was seeing in the numbers, and what I preferred. That made the fitting feel very collaborative and personalized. If you're even thinking about getting fit for clubs, I highly recommend seeing Simon. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or have no idea where to start, he'll guide you through everything and make sure you walk away with the right setup for your game. Huge thanks to Simon for the time, effort, and care he put into the fitting. I truly appreciate it.
