Here you will find a community a family that will motivate you and encourage you on your journey. It's a place where you can go and be greeted by friendly conversation and words of encouragement in your daily lives as well as your fitness goals. This gym is where I was most successful in completed my fitness tasks. I have yet to find a facility with the same atmosphere. There are trainers here that will truly change your lives mentally and physically. I would highly recommend Nick for drastic results however be ready to work for them. Marissa who has completed huge results herself and is now a trainer is an inspiring influence and motivator. Another thing is this place is open 365 days of the year !! Never closes.. And to top it off they just added 24 hours for those members who are shift workers and just can't get in there in normal time frames !!! It is small, but amazingly equipped with new machines. The treadmills and the bikes are wonderful, so is the elliptical. Touch screens. And then there is the hot tub and pool for laps.
