They proceeded to tell me someone will get it back touch with me to ship it to me, bc I live 5 hours away, "when they have time". That's a typically code word for "it's not really that important to us, but when we absolutely have nothing to do will get it done if we think about it". But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I waited a few days, nothing heard back. I called them back, and politely asked them again if they have gotten to it. they said they'd get it taken care of, great! So I waited a few more days, nothing heard back. Now, I'm getting irritated and frustrated, today, I call back, and the guy says the person who can take care of this isn't in today, I mean seriously, is it really that difficult to ship it back? I'm offering to pay for it. Now. I'm telling him how frustrated I am because this isn't getting done like they say they would, and he gets all upset bc he can't take an ounce of frustration from anyone, then hangs up, after telling me "maybe you should look after your stuff better" Guys, grow the f up, as if none of you have ever misplaced anything and needed someone's help, what're we, 5 years old and completely self unaware? It takes 5 minutes, 5 f'in minutes to get this done! This goes to show how customer oriented they are, which, they obviously aren't. I were them, I'd have it done within a day, or delegate it to someone else bc this is such an easy task; I shouldn't need to wait over a week for them to even start the shipping process. Anyone can get this done, it's simple. Seriously, do better, this is ridiculous, y'all sound like a bunch of 95 year olds who take 10 times longer to get things done than it should.

The greens which are huge were in perfect shape. It takes time to learn the design philosophy here. Lots of ravines and scrub you need to carry on your drives but wide fairways beyond it. Some holes have blind shots because of the rolling terrain but not penal at all. The clubhouse staff was wonderful. A quick lunch at the turn was available and the pace of play was good. The night we were there was a *complete* restaurant melt-down. I think there were two servers, when they needed five or six. This is not on the addled servers, it's on the manager(s) who should have immediately drafted some of the very much extra bar staff to bus tables, distribute silverware, restock the (empty) salad bar, assist with food transport, top-off waters, etc. BG is in a somewhat remote, rural area, so give 'em some grace. But they do need to staff-up on busy nights and also play "team-ball": bar staff can certainly back up their dining room compadres who desperately needed it.
