Went to the Kelowna store they ordered for me in under two minutes. Went to trade in my Ping 410 clubs the associate told me they would give me almost $500 for them; the manager came back and said he could not accept them because my 6 iron was a hybrid; give me a break. Same day I was trading in my Taylormade 7 wood and I was told they would give me $120 for it. Manager came back and said they would not accept it, even tough it was in excellent shape. The manager finally relented and gave me $100. Same day my buddy buys a brand new set of Ping irons, gets home to Chilliwack(over an hour away) opens the box and discovers they gave him the wrong set.

We were at their Easter Brunch over the weekend. Tickets were sold in advance. It was fairly…read moreorganized. We checked in and kids received an empty goodie bag for the Easter egg hunt. The buffet section was nicely set up except the food was cold. Someone forgot to turn on the heater until much later. The kitchen was good at refilling empty items. There was a photo opportunity with the Easter bunny. The egg hunt was a bit disorganized. There was no official announcement when the egg hunt was starting. Some kids had a head start. All the older kids got to the candy and the younger kids came out empty handed. I think it would have been better if the Easter bunny went around to each table and handed each child a piece of candy so everyone received something. I felt bad for the younger kids who missed out completely. There was a balloon person making a balloon for each child so I thought that was great! Overall, it was a very nice brunch.
