I took my Golf Cart in to their Woodstock location because the headlights and tail lights were not…read moreworking. I was told I could bring it to Woodstock and they would take it to their shop in Alpharetta. After some time, I was told that they had figured out the problem. It was going to be over $650, but I needed it repaired. It took a minute to get it back, and when I did, I found that my tail lights, previously working prior to all of the lights not working were dimming when I hit the brakes and brightening when I let them off. I called and was told repeatedly that they would get it back in. I was told at different points that they were very busy, or didnt want me to be without over a holiday, etc. They said that they had wired it backwards and sent a tech to my house but he did not have the right tools. Finally, they stopped responding. Today I spoke with manager or owner who said they only replaced a turn signal and could not have affected the wiring. I reminded them that I brought it in because the brake and headlights were not working. If they replaced the turn signal as part of fixing it, so be it, but I brought it in and paid a diagnostic fee because of the lights not working. Were they just incompetent on the diagnostic? I was then told the person I had been dealing with was only an employee and could not make the decisions he had been making (Nevermind he is an agent of the company and I have lots of text messages from him). I was told I could take it to a shop next door. No interest in making it right. If they will do this on a repair, makes you wonder about service after a sale. In short, if you live in Woodstock, I would carefully consider where you buy your cart.
