This cart had issues and since it was under warranty it took over one month each time it stopped working. Over the 18 months we owned this Yamaha cart it was in and out of the shop for six of those months. Yamaha was not particularly helpful at getting to the root of the problem during the warranty. Golf Rider diligently worked to fix our cart with Lithium battery swaps (3) and controller board. Golf Rider also provided us with a loaner golf cart. Amazingly, Golf Rider ultimately replaced the golf cart after numerous repairs. This was Golf Rider, not Yamaha. This level of ownership, customer service and generosity in unheard of in this day and age. They understood the importance of us having a reliable and trustworthy golf cart and ensured that we have our time out on the cart paths.
