So now we are waiting for delivery of our new 2024 Evolution 2 seater with doors and weather protector. We are super excited and grateful for all the help from Ryan. There was a lot to choose from and he kept us on track. Ryan knew about all the HOA requirements needed for our new Sun City zip code, his wisdom was priceless. Cart is fast and smooth, but the sound bar was wobbly and the Parking deactivate (for towing) wouldn't disengage. Anyway, love the cart, my service has been great; I'll add that Emmits had waaaay more options than anyone else I tried. All in all - a good experience pre- and post-sale. I highly recommend

So many reasons not to use this company. The latest is them charging me $85 plus tax to come get…read moreand deliver our golf cart that has been broken for almost a year after them replacing the batteries. They replaced the batteries (took over 2 months) and ever since the replacement the cart would not work correctly. We kept telling them it was a wiring or bad battery issue. They picked up the cart three times and brought it back to us basically telling us we were the crazy ones. This last time they picked it up and finally found it was a bad battery and wiring. Ding ding ding. Like we said. I'm irate at the fact they would even ask for money from us after not being able to use the cart for nearly a year and leaving us stranded 3 times after it broke down right after telling us everything was okay. First time they delivered it we tried to use for Halloween but none of the lights worked they forgot to plug something in so we didn't get to use it, they picked it back up bright it back we tried to use it for a Christmas parade and got stranded a mile into it with the cart jerking and shutting off, they picked it up returned it for a 3rd time we paid to have a $100 battery meter, this time I got stranded picking up the kids from school with the battery meter full, it just shut off no power to the cart but they still didn't believe me that the cart was charged even with photo proof. All in all they had our cart more than we did this year returned it 3 times with nothing fixed. Funny thing is I was going to add a tip that they made things right but after them charging us anything do not so business with this company. I will attach all of our emails and photos when I get a chance. Originally when we bought our cart they said it would be 5-6 weeks, yall it was about 3 months. Just this 4th time them having it to fix it, under warranty, they had it for nearly two months. Do not trust this company. Even today he called and asked if I would be home this afternoon, he explained they were currently loading the cart and would be by about 1pm and would that be okay. I said yes, made my way back home to be there for them. I arrived home at 12:30 waited until 2:55, nothing. Then at 3:10pm I get the call the driver is there to deliver the cart and they can't leave it because they need to collect money. We have never been so inconvenienced by a company. Do not go through the hell we have with this company. Save yourself the headache and use Kenfeild. I used kenfeild for years working in the apartment industry and never once had an issue with them. Used them at 4 properties I managed and they were incredible. Sadly they didn't have a cart when we were shopping and that's when we made the mistake of using Ennis. They did replace the charger, which had had zero complaints about. Blake seemed to want extra praise for doing that, thank you for the new charger. However it was not something we complained about or asked for. Our old charger worked just fine.

The damage required panel replacement, dent repair, and repainting, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. They even picked up my car and returned it to me when the work was completed, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient. The quality of the body work and paint match was exceptional. Honestly, the car looks better now than it did before the accident. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and pride they clearly take in their work. It's not easy to restore a luxury vehicle to factory-level appearance, but they absolutely delivered. If you are looking for a trustworthy body shop that does high-quality work and truly takes care of their customers, I highly recommend them.

I'm sharing my experience with Concierge Autoworx because a promised refund remains unresolved…read more On July 30th I chose J.C. owner of Concierge Autoworx LLC after reading the yelp reviews and google research. He was eager, willing to pick up and drop off, eager to work with insurance etc. He seemed like a very nice man. He just showed up at my door with no warning (creepy). I paid him a check for $2459.00 plus an additional check for $250 for my deductible in advance. I was told this would help pay employees and that my payment would be refunded once the insurance payment arrived. I trusted that commitment. So I cancelled the payment USAA was sending me, and directed them to send it to Autoworx. He promised he would deposit my checks (which he did immediately) and send me a check when the USAA payment to him went through. My insurer subsequently paid $2459.00 on August 7th for [the same repair charges--confirm this against the invoice]. As of October 12, I have not received the promised refund of $2459.00 plus the $250 deductible which he would give me, despite repeated requests over almost 3 months. During my attempts to resolve this, I received a text describing me as "the worst customer he's ever worked with." He demeaned me, and then promised for numerous weeks that the check was coming in the mail. Nothing. Eventually, there were excuses for the delay such as "his dog died suddenly", he "just moved to a huge acreage home in the country", and then there was "a family emergency in Houston". His wife emailed me with a kind note, and promised to remedy this after the labor day holiday on Monday. Then crickets. I am asking Concierge Autoworks to return the promised refund and confirm the payment date in writing. I have retained my payment records, insurance documentation, and messages. I will update this post if the matter is resolved. I welcome any advice on the best way to handle this. I was kind, forgiving, trusting, and incredibly patient. That was my monthly income! Beware. I try to trust, to believe, and to have hope. I was warned by my kids and friends not to trust him. He's quite the con artist. I'm not easily fooled.
