A few of them looked at me walk in but continued their conversation. No one asked "Could I help you" or even looked like they had any interest in my business. If I could give this place no stars I would. Maybe they aren't used to seeing people "Like Me" come into these establishments often, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. They are in need of New Management. If the is the quality of staff that we have to hire and deal with Post Pandemic our economy will continue to be in bad shape. Brooks are my go to athletic shoe for cardio and the inserts make a huge difference for support too. Plenty of brands Hoka, On, Asics, etc. There are even clearance sales and full priced shoes. Plus the collection of feetures socks is A+! So, be aware- they offer a $30 annual "membership" that will offer you 10% discount in any of their stores on online. By the time, you spend close to $150+ for a pair of shoes, it may make sense!

I really regret having to make the trip so far out of my way driving through the absolute worst mixture of terrible drivers just to figure out how bad your store actually is.

He also got me into a fitting room and helped get another pair of black Capri leggings for me to try on. Even though the store was packed with shoppers I truly appreciated him helping me out! So I was able to get a pair of nice black Capri leggings for half off at $25! And my Mom and I were able to get my Dad a cool adidas jacket and sweatpants for half off at like $35! Very pleasant, kind and helpful lady. Asked me about was I was looking for, my usage, my budget, and feelings. She directed me to have fitting on their machine which scans your feet for length, width, and overall foot sizing. I ended up going with a 1/2 size longer because many Asics run narrow and I have a wide foot. It worked great and have used the shoes several times . They fit well, are a good value, and fulfill my needs. If you go into this store, look/ask for Aerielle. Fantastic person!! Cant state that enough. She cares and even more importantly, she listens to her customers. This is uncommon in this day and age.

It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

Although the grass is not in the best shape which is understandable with the winter. Some of the stores here that grab our attention are old navy, puma, adidas, Nike. Mostly for my husband. Many of the stores are the same as the ones at Tampa Premium Outlet which I'm there all the time, but this store also has a lot of other stores that they don't have. We unfortunately did not see any good sales, so we didn't buy anything, which is fine. It was just nice to have a good walk in the shade with our fur baby.
