Which when I looked it up HAD BEEN VERIFIED OVER 1200 TIMES. (It should be 1). What the fuck. The flavor is not even mint, it was some kind of fake fruit flavor. Have been going to this place consistently for puff bars for about a month now. Came back in today because I noticed there was something off about the puff on the right. Tasted differently and had a noticeably darker color. Figured I'd verify it on the website and it came up counterfeit. After explaining this to the cashier and asking for an exchange or refund, he decided that because he had had "no complaints on guava ice" that he could not reimburse me. Had an attitude as if he wasn't objectively wrong. Figure if you're selling fakes the least you could do is be remotely concerned when you're called out on your bullshit. While visiting my mom in Santa Barbara I visited this nice little gem in Goleta and bought a bong. Thank goodness we tried it before we left SB to come home because it was leaking. No one could have seen the crack. We called first and asked if we could exchange it thinking they were going to say no like our head shops here in Lancaster. So I used to really love coming to this smoke shop; the staff was usually friendly and they always had a wide variety of options. A few weeks ago I bought a chewy watermelon hyppe & not even 6 hours in, it became super hard to get a pull & completely stopped working. It was too late to go exchange it so I just said whatever & threw it away. Today, I bought another hyppe from this same smoke shop & once I stepped out of the shop, I tried to use it & noticed it wasn't pulling. When It finally started working, the light stayed on and would continue burning without me even touching it. We went back inside to try to exchange it & the employee said that the Hyppes "never really mess up" & are "better than the puffs" & disregarded everything we said. He said he couldn't do anything about it cause it still worked? Not even 3 hours later.. the hyppe doesn't light up; No smoke is coming out. I called the shop & talked to the same guy & he basically said "sorry, I can't do anything about that" even though I had reminded him that I had showed him when it wasn't working properly after I had first bought it. On another note, I've noticed several times that the younger guy working here never has a mask. Shouldn't businesses be following the CDC regulations on COVID & require face masks for each person in the store? Whether they're customers or employees? Goes to show they really don't care about the safety of themselves or others. So in summary, their products used to be good but as of recently, each one that I've gotten has been defective. The owner should really reconsider his employees, as well as how serious they are taking this pandemic. As much as I used to love purchasing from them, I will not be returning again. read more

Clean new smoke shop in a convenient location (if you are going to school at UCSB and have a car that is) offering all of your smoking supplies. Cigs, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, tobacco etc... Kind gentleman owner behind the counter who looks like he'd be happy to help you but usually you know what you want when you are hitting up these type of places. This shop just opened its doors 3 months ago so hit it up if you are into this kind of stuff. I don't smoke, nor do I socially smoke (smoke after drinking) because some people think those two are different but I heard my sister make a comment of pooping and cigarettes and as a person who always had a hard time pinching a loaf, I thought hey why not(question mark). I had know idea what I was looking for and he set me up with a relatively inexpensive vape and he knew based off the type of cigarettes I smoke and the amount I do what to give me to help me cut back. He put the thing together for me and was really sweet. I'm not sure I would have done it right, I didn't even have to look at the instructions since he was so helpful. WOST SMOKE SHOP EVER. DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY. I bought a torch here last week and asked the young blonde girl with multi colored hair if i should buy the cheaper one or go with the better one. She told me they worked the same and the cheaper one would be just fine so i bought it. Took it home and try it and it does not work at all. I finally get to return it a week later where she tells me that there are no reFunds or exchanges. Which normal is totally fine for glass products etc, but if I buy a product that is supposed to have some sort of functionality I EXPECT IT TO WORK. I went in and asked to upgrade to the better one and pay the difference and she said no. She also told me that I would not have a receipt because i paid cash. Used to like the place but today the guy behind the counter actually stole money from me... When handed my change, I noticed there was a quarter from 1964 which is my birthday year. These quarters were also made out of silver and when the guy behind the counter noticed this, he snatched the quarter right out of my hand and would not give it back.
