I also generally don't get Dillards sales practices in store. It just says things are 65 off but if you go online and look at the same thing since they don't have all the sizes it says final sale. So to me it's just always risky business here. Unfortunately, I bought three pairs of shoes online based on how they fit in the store and OMG they are so small. I should've thought well. I had no idea they were closing at 8PM tonight (5/5/2023) I've always remembered them closing at 8:30 or 9:00. A minute after I walked in tonight, and just beyond the registers, I was asked repeatedly if I was let in the store because they were closed. WTH ? Then how else was I in the store ? The place was bustling and lots of people currently checking out. I was shouted at and told very rudely by one of the older ladies ( whom I'm pretty sure is the manager) to leave the store because they were closed. I'll be shopping online from now on.
