He issues a demand in a rude manner and has a very definite lack of people skills. I will be using Goldsworth Park PO in future. The Bisley Post Office or local shop has undergone huge refurbishment and extension. The owner and…read morethe staff are very friendly. There is a dry cleaning service run from there. They have a cash point machine inside the store. You can pick up most regular items that you would require there, bread, milk, tinned goods, small frozen section, chilled products, cards, wrapping paper, newspapers and a selection of household and personal items. The opening hours have been extended to what they used to be. Yes, they are a tad more expensive that the supermarket at Brookwood, but this is the local convenience store, so you pay a bit more for it being so convenient!!

Even if the staff aren't talking to someone on their mobile, service is minimal, and last time I was there I had to work quite hard to get them to give me a simple proof of posting (they told me they didn't have the forms and to come back tomorrow!). Asking for second class recorded got sighs and disbelief. In short, if you are in West Byfleet and need to post a letter, carry on and go to Byfleet Post Office, where the staff are friendly, polite and know their stuff. And don't hold conversations on their mobiles.
