Pete's Hot Chicken is one of my go-to lunch spots, and this visit was another winner…read more The Chicken Caesar Salad was honestly a 10/10. The lettuce was super fresh and crunchy, the dressing was just right, and adding the crispy chicken in mild was the perfect choice. It had just enough heat to make the salad even better without being overpowering. You can never go wrong with the hot chicken tenders. They're a classic for a reason...crispy, juicy, and consistently delicious every time. And let's talk about the bacon mac and cheese. It's easily the best in San Antonio and a must-order every single visit. So creamy, cheesy, and loaded with bacon. We also tried the jalapeño smash burger, and wow. It was juicy, flavorful, served hot, and had the perfect amount of kick. If you're looking for a great weekend lunch, Pete's Hot Chicken is always a solid choice. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. We'll definitely be back.
