Just amazing food, moving along through the world and you have to catch it while you can. There's something very simple and zen about it. The setup was simple, with the traveling wood fire pizza oven that's right out for everyone to see, and pizzas prepared right in the open under a pop-up canopy. The menu is small and simple, you can customize with other toppings if you wish, and you can get canned sodas for a dollar. Also, they take online orders for pickup. I did have to wait a few minutes beyond my promised pickup time because they were extremely busy - but for good reason. Now, to the part I'm sure you care about the most - the food. Hands down, the best pizza truck I have had in the area, and that is saying something because there really are some fierce competitors. But I got the mushroom pizza with truffle oil, and added sausage, plus I got two drinks. The 9-inch pizza has a good amount of toppings and the crust is substantial and dense without being too heavy. It had a great rise to it and was super filling, I shared the pizza and it was a good lunch for two people for just $16.
