Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.

She's gotten my returns done on time, even when I'm late, she charges less than any other CPAs I've hired/met. Which, I want to point out that while her price has been lower, and that's great, the value she has added to my life is immensely more; and paying her is something that I'm happy to do, even when im owing to the IRS. She's pragmatic, positive, and has always responded to my (usually last minute) requests with "I've got you covered", and does it. While it shows through as a professional, Kate is really a wonderful human being. She genuinely cares about you as a person, I've never felt that I've just been a tax client. Not even close. For many of us, tax time is uncomfortable at best and for some, just plain miserable. *Raises hand*.
