Gage showed me countless options and helped me narrow it down to what I was looking for until I finally made a decision. He was patient and kind and took the time to chat and get a feel for what I really liked. Yes, we bought the ring because we loved it, but we have walked out of so many jewelry stores simply because we didn't appreciate how we were treated, so we also bought the ring because of Gage and his excellent knowledge and skills. I would have remembered if they told me my payment would change to that much! They wouldn't take my husband's watch back since he already wore it, but the rings my husband got for me were still in the store since we hadn't picked them up yet and so they did take those back. However, they still raised our monthly payment to $85 and said they can't give us back our original payment. My husband told them once we pay off our balance, we are not doing business with them again!
