He considered the condition, age and history of our older dog and gave us some practical advice. However, the office operations need some work. They appear to overbook leaving pets and owners sitting in the parking lot for excessive amounts of time. This can cause already present anxiety and discomfort with the pet. They also could improve "triage" to appointments. A pet getting a simple vaccination shouldn't be stuck in a queue with more complicated cases. But, again, we would recommend to others.
