It was snowing so it took me a little longer to get there. The sales lady complained that she wanted to go home and didn't want to deal with it right now. She asked if I had an id which I handed to her and she proceeded to look at the 4 items I brought in. She literally looked at my brand new iPad, my HP ELITEBOOK laptop, a cable modem and a nighthawk router and said "I'll pass". No reason given, and proceeds to walk away from the counter. RUDE AS H*LL. I walk out and realize she held on to my ID so now I have to drive all the way back there because she was in such a hurry to leave on time. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT. If you want to be treated incredibly rude just walk in after 6:45 on a day they close at 7.
