The only reason I cancelled is because you have to pay every time to have a yoga mat of theirs to do any workouts without machines. So annoying. You can't bring your own mat either. There is no "beginner", "intermediate", or "hard" levels. It's the same thing every time. It's always very empty and scary at night with all the TV's going at once. I tried to do other things that didn't require a yoga mat but the seats for all of the machines are so uncomfortable I couldn't even stand a 15 minute session. If this gym is for you, it's great. The idea of working out in a sauna is awesome. But, I guess it was timing. They just opened, had no water available, still working on some things & ultimately it just isn't for me.

After recently relocating I realize how much I took for granted by having this gym within driving distance and how much I miss it. First off, the gym is gigantic. Having other people there is almost never a problem with how many options you'll have to choose from for whatever muscle group or exercises you intend on doing. The amount of benches/squat racks they had made sure you'll never miss a bench day because you'll never have to wait. Additionally, it is ALWAYS clean, I have never walked in this gym and not seen wipes, germ x, soap to wipe down equipment. This gym is incredibly well kept and its obvious the crew take pride in their house. As stated above the number of machines is plenty to meet whatever someone is interested in doing from cardio to bodybuilding. On top of that it is all well-kept and new and if something isn't right they aren't afraid to upgrade or add something to the gym to make sure members are happy. I've always felt like I was getting the most out of my membership with this gym. I will close my statement by saying that everything above is what is expected of a gym when someone applies, however there is one unexpected anomaly. That unexpected anomaly is their manager David. He turns that gym from being just a gym to a community and going to the gym was always something that was looked forward too. Countless times would I go into the gym at 9 pm and he would still be at work to meet with someone who is interested in a membership or helping some guys out with their form or something. Having a manger who is comfortable with going around and setting the vibe and talking with members while they workout every now and then is where anytime lucked out with their manager. My credibility extends from athletics in high school to serving in army special operations, working out is nothing new to me but since starting here every gym I go to has felt empty because they don't have a David there.

The people who work there are so knowledgeable in everything that involves general fitness. The people who workout there aren't muscle-headed douchebags. There are some muscle heads, but they aren't douchebags. Most of the folks are always willing to let you work in with them if you both want to use the same piece of equipment, and they'll always have advice for you if you ask for some. They have several fitness classes throughout the day like yoga, pilates, spin class, and all that other jazz. The only thing I would improve upon is their hours. They aren't open on Sunday, they're barely open on Saturday, and closing at 8PM on Fridays is sometimes unacceptable. All in all, I've lost hundreds of pounds there, not kidding, and I plan on losing over a hundred more.

I am in the military and haven't live in pace in 4 years. You are unable to cancel this membership. They give you a number to call to cancel and no one answers after waiting hours on the phone.
