I made it clear that I had a lot of large, heavy furniture and I also told them the sizes of the two storage units that I wanted emptied and brought to my new house. I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

They showed up about 15 minutes early and emptied my apartment in record time. Granted, I had moved a lot of boxes myself but needed help with the big stuff. When we got to my new place, there was a challenge with the couch. I know, my fault for buying a couch from Macy's without measuring it to make sure it will fit through doors. However, these guys tried so hard and didn't give up!!!!! I was about to give up before them but they wouldn't let me - thanks guys! Overall, they probably were moving my stuff for about two hours (if that) and it was well worth the money!!!

I have moved many times in my life, and have never experienced such a professional moving company. Every person down the line was courteous, helpful, and respectful of our possessions, home, and time. Communication could be a little spotty, but they came through with flying colors in the end. Most of the items we moved were antique or family heirlooms, which they packed and moved with the greatest of care. Not one item was damaged or mislaid. With so many rip-off moving services, I would definitely recommend Rogovin for their integrity of business.

The company is just unprofessional. The front office is slow to respond to calls before and during the move. The front office "supervisors" couldn't care less. There are many other moving companies you can choose from. Skip this one.
