Not only did Mallory bend over backwards to order the shoes and ship to us (we live over an hour away) but then she and her staff were over the top helpful with the exchange. My granny tried on probably a dozen shoes thanks to Mallory knowing which shoes were made for her foot issue and what shoes would be comfortable in the styles she liked. We had such great service from both Mallory and her staff that we ended up finding two pair for my granny and two pair for me! 100% recommend this location, they know their stuff and we will be back!

Enter foot heaven aka Fleet feet. This franchise is well trusted, a family friend growing up on the west coast had a franchise and their a shoes and service were top of the line, the Nordstrom of sport shoes one might say. Even though it was a busy Saturday in knew a stop in Fleet feet would calm my frustration and help me learn how to stop having to rub angry feet at the end of the day. Wyatt helped us sign in and very quickly an angel named Mallory started to help us. We got a 3d scan of my kiddos feet, amazing insole suggestion and my kid smiled and stopped complaining about her feet ! It is a minor miracle ! Brick and mortar stores like this one are a gem, online can't do anything I witnessed in this store and I am done buying and returning Amazon mishaps. I think our whole family needs shoes from here and I will be telling everyone about how impressed I am with Mallory and Fleet feet.

I was in need of soccer cleats and was directed to the wall. The selection looked like it was mostly for kids but she assured me there were some adult sizes. Nothing was marked so I asked about the prices. She said they were inside the shoes. When I said I didn't see them she joked; "well someone's gonna get fired." I looked at her she looked at me.. nothing...I said never mind and just left. I want it to patronize them otherwise I have to drive to Academy Sports in Rolla. But, most things are overpriced and their selection is not very good.
