The noodles were dry, and the vegetables tasted old. The broccoli was visibly yellowing and the carrot was dry, which was especially off-putting. I wanted to do half orange chicken and half beef with broccoli, but they said I could only pick one item to go with the rice and noodles. I ended up ordering two separate plates instead. The ladies at the register are always very sweet. My family and I shared a few dishes between the 4 of us and everything tasted delicious. The teriyaki chicken was my favorite. The orange chicken has always been dry and too crispy to bite when I ordered, but everything else on the menu is perfect. Their orange chicken is excellent, the kung pao is awesome, but you should know it's made right with chicken thighs, not breasts, (I know some people struggle with that). The walnut shrimp is the best I've tried as well as the fried rice. So good but not salty! Also, they make the best hot and sour soup I've ever tried. Not to mention, the people are so incredibly sweet everytime I go in. They also have such a large menu. (You don't see that often these days). The most authentic Chinese fast-food I've tasted in Santa Clarita. It reminds me a lot of what you'd find somewhere in SFV. Lots of flavor and large amounts of food that you receive. I love walking in here because of the decorations that they have hanging and the paintings on the walls. So far I've only had take-out but they're very quick when getting an order to you. I've tried for over a year to find a good Chinese food place that will make broccoli tofu instead of broccoli beef and the first time we came here, they did it for me! It was phenomenal, it's my favorite meal so I was very very happy to have found this. Tonight we came again and I had the same request but this time they said no. The poor cashier was very kind to me and even asked again but they still said no. This meant so much to me that I actually (embarrassingly) cried out of disappointment because I was looking forward to it for weeks.
