THIS SHOP BLEW MY CAR ENGINE AND THE MANAGER IS DENYING RESPONSIBILITY!! I had my new car for 3 months and brought it here to have repair done to the bumper, radiator and intercooler after hitting a raccoon. I NEVER had any problems with the car prior to bringing it to this shop. After receiving my car back I drove immediately home and didn't use my car till the next morning. When I turned on my car the next day as it was idling my engine overheated, something it had never done. I immediately called the shop and brought it back there. The staff could not figure out the issue and had to call a dealership tech to help them. I received a call later in the day saying the issue was fixed and that I could get my car. When I tried to ask questions as to what happened the manager dismissed my concerns. One day after, I was driving my car and the engine again start to overheat again! It was smoking, lost all power and I had to make an extremely dangerous emergency stop in traffic. THE ENGINE WOULD NO LONGER TURN ON!!! I immediately called the shop again and they told me they would look at it and I brought it back. They didn't even offer their own tow truck, I had to find my own to tow it back. The next day, I was waiting for an update as to what they had found and received a call from the manager saying that they could not figure out what they broke in my car and that they took it upon themselves to send it to the a dealership in Waterloo without my permission. The manager was attempting to see if the repairs could be done through my warranty because THE MANAGER DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBITY FOR DESTROYING MY CAR because he knows the repairs needed are extensive. I received multiple calls from the manager trying to direct the blame at me saying that I drove too fast??? or drove too rough???? or too many km after receiving the car??? which makes absolutely no sense. He is a crook and the techs here are clueless. It is unbelievable that this shop is certified by any car company to do repairs. Make sure something else isn't broken when you receive your car back from them. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!! read more

Bunch of butchers. My insurance sent me there to repair my front bumpers. They destroyed my car . They wanted $6000 to repair a frgin bumper , they tryed to right it off the car I took it back and got it repaired else where. $1350. But the work that they caused by taken apart my bumper to expect behind it , That lights weren't even damaged all intact . But they still took all part the butchers , through all the parts in my back seat , it's a racket they have going on there , left message fior the owner call me back , Nothing . Golden triangle buch of butchers. When insurance tells you to go there ,, say no go else where. It's a racket they have going on there big scam. read more

1....For estimate they need more than 24 hrs. 2....They need your email address to send the ball park(Wow). 3.... There estimate is the highest in town, for small bumper paint job asking 1900 dollars.(The other estimates from other bodyshop are 700 to 800 dollars). Not at all recommended to visit even for quote. Well, the work done is decent but if you're someone who didn't get a rent a car dont go to this place. They tell you a few days and here I am two weeks later still waiting. They are blaming the insurance company for taking awhile to respond a piece they missed adding to the balance. They should of went ahead and ordered this piece instead of waiting around when they already knew they would need it no matter what. I would of paid for it, regardless. First week drove by and my car hadn't even been touched. So if you need a fast pace place this is not the place to go. read more
