She keeps in touch when she is out of the office and even when she is in a different time zone. Expertise: Kate really knows her stuff. She is very thorough and provides useful, appropriate suggestions in response to our likes and dislikes. Overall Experience: I was so impressed with Kate's responsiveness and her thorough approach in providing me with information, I have taken over the responsibility of making the travel arrangements for my wife and me. Expedia is now my travel agent of choice. The teamwork displayed by Susie Wilkinson in Kate's absence has reinforced in my mind that I made the right move in going with Expedia.

I had a great experience with Expedia CruiseShipCenters Kits, in particular Bian who was my agent,…read more I didn't actually seek her out, as my cruise had been paid for and booked by someone else. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed as the traveller must still get some info straight to the cruise line and I've never done this before. Out of the blue, Bian contacted me to say she would be my agent and was going to answer my questions and generally help me along. She was very helpful and patient with emails going back and forth, and assuring me that I had done things correctly. She also called with an offer to upgrade our room to one with a balcony, for only $100 more for the whole week! Also, as it was my BF's birthday during the cruise, Bian arranged another special something for us. Having never cruised before and with unknown expectations, I have to say the lead-up could not have been better with the help of Bian and her office. I'd recommend them highly to anyone!

Every destination we arrived at had our reservation. There were no surprises in price, and the accommodation was clean, and just as we had requested. Our stateroom was nice, except there's not enough storage for folded items. The bathroom shelves are open. On rough seas the things on the shelf fall off. The Concierge/suite lounge opened at 5:00 pm. For those passengers that have 5:00 dinner, you can't enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The Concierge and the wouldn't allow anyone to "touch" any food before 5:00. Also, they had run out of Diet Coke on the ship and were bringing on a new shipment. When we asked for Diet Coke they said that it would be in the bars for the evening hours. Well, I went to at least 8 bars and they didn't have any. The dinner menus in the Main Dining Room are just ordinary. When we first started cruising on Royal Caribbean, the food was excellent! Through the years especially with the specialty restaurants, the main dining room quality has declined. Our stateroom was very nice. Our room attendant, Emily, was friendly and attentive. She did a great job. We missed seeing the Hubbard Glacier. It was a nice surprise to get compensated. When we booked the cruise, it ended in Seward. About a month before the cruise was to leave they changed the port of Debarkation, from Seward to Whittier. We were fortunate to be sail back to back, so we didn't have to disembark at Whittier. They didn't have the sufficient facility to handle passengers disembarking and new passengers embarking, for such a hugh ship! They had to ferry passengers and their baggage to a tiny dock to get on the ship! This is what happens when they keep building these humongous ship.
