For those of you who know me, I am white AF! I can sit in the sun for hours and literally change half a shade. Yes, the struggle is real. Luckily, there's a solution- Spray tanning. Thank God! Recently, I was invited on a catamaran with my entire office- I had just a few hours to figure out how I can go from 0 to 100, real quick. You know, the reverse Michael Jackson. I immediately pulled out my bible, Yelp, and began searching for "mobile spray tanning." I called a few businesses to see who can come to my neck of the woods and on the same day. One lady answered and said "Miami lakes? Like what is that?" Seriously, if you live in miami, you should know what Miami Lakes is. Anyway, it appears no one goes to Miami Lakes and if they do, it's going to cost you your life savings or your firstborn. I was about to give up on my search until Gladys from Golden Touch answered. I thought I was dreaming when I heard "yes, I can be at your house in two hours". Whaaaa! Jackpot! Not only was she here in two hours, but was actually affordable. Thus far, I've used Gladys three times and I absolutely love her. I highly recommend the express tans which dry in about three hours and last about one week. She also sells packages which make it even more affordable and a total no brainer. So if you're sick of being white, call Golden Touch. They offer excellent customer service and are extremely reliable. For instance, I'm going on a cruise today during Memorial Day Weekend and she came to my house on a Saturday morning on short notice. Like who does that? Absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much for everything, Gladys. You ROCK! read more

I had an appointment scheduled which I paid for two spray tans in advance for my friend and I. They never showed up would not answer my calls. Then I called from another number, and she decided to answer on the first ring. She explained that she had no product so could not do the tan. Why did she not call me and tell me instead of me just sitting around and trying to reach her. I aksed for my money back on the phone and she said would refund ASAP and nothing. I have asked for my money back several times and it has yet to happen which in my book makes her a thief. BEWARE. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have never dealt with someone so blatantly disrespectful of other people's time and money. The first time I booked I was required to pay in advance. The day of my spray tan no one showed up and after continuously calling the spray tanner and owner of the company they finally said that they had a flat tire and couldn't come. They refused to give me my money back. In fact, the owner declined all of my calls and avoided responding to any requests. FINALLY- after messaging over multiple days the owner said that she would not refund me and would only reschedule a tan. I rescheduled for the day before my trip. Biggest mistake. Not only did I have to request confirmation of my appt but Gladys asked to reschedule the appt to two hours later because she had to get a procedure done. Reluctantly, I agreed. 30 minutes before my appt I reached out to confirm again and received no response. I called and texted multiple times. Gladys declined my calls and did not answer my texts. I had to run out to get a tan at a salon due to my travel. Then - 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time Gladys finally calls and texted me that she just woke up from anesthesia because she had a procedure done. She then said she would come over and do my tan then and there. Not only are you prohibited from operating a motor vehicle after being under anesthesia but she also wanted me to allow her to do my tan while drugged - not only is this horrifying but it's completely unprofessional. Gladys refused to refund my money or respond to my requests to refund my money. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. read more

A MUST READ!!! I am from out of state and was getting married in Miami for my destination wedding. I booked Gladys last April 2019 for my spray tan for my wedding in December 2019. In order to make an appointment she made me pay in full AND add my tip ( before even getting my service which I thought was strange) as I'm in full wedding planning mode wanting to check things off the list I went ahead and did so. I even questioned her and asked what if something happened and I need to cancel..she calmly said " no worries if you need to cancel I can refund you that is no problem" So happy to have found someone I went ahead and trusted her! I came to FL a few months before my wedding for food tasting and ended up booking a spray tan trial with Gladys to make sure I would love it for my wedding day. She called me on Friday the day before my appt which was on Saturday asking to move it to today because she wanted to go on a boat with her friends tomorrow on Saturday. ( keep on mind I have wedding appointments with vendors all weekend because I am from out of state and this is my only chance to meet with everyone ) I didn't want to seem rude to her and say no so I made it work and she came that night to spray tan me. Gladys came in sprayed me in 2 seconds didn't even dry me and left ..she was so frantic, rude, and acted like she was in a rush and that I was such an inconvenience. I have had over 100 spray tans so I know what a good tan is...I have photos below of the spray tan she gave me ( I was devastated ) I waited a day or two to see if it would get better and it didn't, it only got worse. I reached out to Gladys to tell her and she said it must be her spray tan gun she will get a new one. I was streaky, my hands were white and I was blotchy and orange/gray. Worried about my wedding day tan I asked to cancel the upcoming tan I had booked and for my money back since I had not received it yet and we were a few months out. After a long hard fight she said ok she will return my money. Two weeks later...no refund. After calling her again she wouldn't answer so I had to private call her. She told me that she forgot to refund my money and that she will have it in my account in two weeks. I ended up having to dispute it through my bank and FINALLY was able to get my refund. Sadly this is not how I wanted to deal with things especially during my wedding. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I work in the service business so I couldn't even imagine how she was able to treat me this way. I HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE MONEY AND TIME. Save your money - there are SO many other great spray tan places in Miami!! Please see the photos and screen shots of the texts that I attached. The day before my wedding she sent that text to me calling me a b**** read more

I called and asked for prices. An hour later I called again to verify (the website says differently) and the woman yelled at me! It was incredibly RUDE! Was going to sign up for a monthly membership, but forget it. Fire her because you just lost a paying coustjmer! I'll just take my money elsewhere. read more

To sum it up in 2 words: A MESS!!! Came to Miami for the Holidays - one of the events being our NYE wedding celebration. Everyone wants to look perfect on their wedding day, and of course, since we were going all out Miami style cruising Biscayne to ring it all in, I wanted to be perfectly bronzed. Long story short, I went through several Yelp pages, and nearly everyone was booked for the date and time I was able to have it done before all the Holiday celebrations started. Golden Touch is the only one who was able to, so I went through with the required full pre-payment. She was 30 mins late, and knowing that, before she even got to my room, she texted me "tips are always appreciated." That's bold, considering you're the owner of the company and set your own prices, and you're now pressing on my time AND I haven't even seen the job you did yet. I just said "let's see how the tan turns out." I then had to give her my address after giving it to her 2x before, once on the phone when I booked it, then again over text. Also had to give her my room number twice. I have a lot of in-hotel/in-dorm/in-home services done and every other person has at least had the level of professionalism to write that info down and not ask repeatedly. All of those things might've been forgivable, except for the fact that that was the worst tan I've ever had in my life. I got the express tan, and she said she was going to give me a double dark formula, which she must've forgotten. My face, hands and feet were still COMPLETELY, and I mean C O M P L E T E L Y WHITE, like you could see a line between where the spray tan and my normal color was, and it was extremely uneven. Extremely dark elbows and knees, no tan line where I had the g-string that she provided (a weird shape, I don't recommend anyone use it if they decide to forgo my warning). At first I thought it might get better and just continued to follow after-care instructions, but you can't fix bad application. I don't know if she was rushing cause she was already basically an hour behind her schedule, but that's no excuse when you're running a business. She was in and out the door, $101 made in 10 minutes, but left her client, an about-to-be bride, with a spray tan mess. read more

This was the best tanning experience I've ever had! The color was excellent. Product smelled GREAT! The tan itself was ok only lasted a few days though. The customer service left much to be desired. I scheduled a service and prepaid it over a month in advance for a very special event. I called to confirm the appointment a few hours before and was told by Gladys that she was out of town. I asked for a refund and she refused to give me one only offered to give me a "free tan" which I explained I wouldn't need again. Kept insisting there was a no refund policy, however couldn't provide me with any agreement or contract I had signed. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received. read more
