In addition to being knowledgable and…read moreskilled in his profession, Weston is also a genuinely kind and caring person: above all else, he truly wants to help the people who present him with their ailing, broken, dysfunctional computers. I am one of "those" people. From the moment that I walked into new Age Computers and met Weston, I just knew that I had come to the right place. Following 2 days of struggling, hour after hour, to dig into the problem I was having, all I had to show for it was a deeper hole!! I came over to his shop, gave him an overview of my problem and left; he called me the next morning to tell me all was well and to come in and pick it up. He charged far less than I expected and it has worked flawlessly for the last 4-5 weeks since I got it back. Given my record of crashing computers, I least I now know where to go the next time and won't waste my time attempting to 'do kit myself!!

But when we got it home we needed help reinstalling my email and audio inputs. Weston helped me and my daughter remotely and got it all re-installed. Neither myself nor my daughter are very computer savvy. Weston's after service customer support is great. I'd give him a 5star+ rating., "The icing on the cake" is his low prices. I'll bet he is the lowest in town.

However, the overall rate was double what was originally quoted because of "travel time", which is understandable I guess. Since the work was completed for a business, I paid for the services via check to a personal account of an employee/owner of Adium Tech. After the work was completed, I reached out requesting a w9 for our tax and accounting records, and I was told "I dont have one of those, I don't know what to tell you." After explaining the situation and why we need a w9, they further stated, "I dont know what you want from me, I have to go now." Bummer to have to write this review because the actual work completed was very well done, but the business operations and legal side definitely need work.
