We had a wonderful experience with Golden State RV. Eric and Luis were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional, and they made us feel completely comfortable having them work on our RV. They installed our new refrigerator, removed our old couch, replaced our rear stabilizer, and worked directly with Keystone to help get several of our RV issues taken care of. They truly saved the day for us. It's refreshing to work with a family business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing things right. I highly recommend Golden State RV. Even if their next available service date is a little ways out, they are absolutely worth the wait! read more

My 2003 Fifth wheel trailer lost the use of it's landing gear on one side. Golden state came out quickly to the storage lot and found that it needed to be replaced. I decided to replace both sides and they began the search for a replacement landing gear. After a few weeks the parts arrived and were expertly installed. The jacks work great with no issues. I hope that they will last another 20 plus years like the originals. I highly recommend the Golden State Team and will call them for my next problem. read more

Eric at Golden State RV Repair did an awesome job fixing the leaky roof on our RV trailer! He was super professional and kept us updated the whole time with photos and explanations of what he was doing. The work was done right and finished exactly when he said it would be. A lot of other RV places just wanted to do a quick patch job, but Eric took the time to explain what really needed to be done to fix it correctly. After talking with him, I had total confidence -- and he delivered! Highly recommend Golden State RV Repair for any RV or trailer work. These guys know what they're doing! Jim read more

Service and repaired our rig! Timely service very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them!

Eric and his staff at Golden State RV Mobile repair saved our camping trip. We parked at a remote location in Bodega Bay and proceeded to set up. Our jacks went down somewhat and then an error code came up. After that we had nothing. Couldn't get the jacks up to leave, couldn't get the slide out to limp through the vacation. Calls to a local guy went unanswered and AAA sent us a guy who thought a hand held battery would save the day. I called Golden State RV and Eric answered. Immediately I knew I was talking with someone who knew what he was doing. Great, articulate questions, he was easy on me as I am not mechanical and he squeezed us in towards end of day. He was so knowledgeable, went immediately to work and got us totally fixed up. I am keeping his number just in case I am ever in that area again. Genuine really nice guy who took time to help out some stranded campers. He is a keeper! read more

I had a water heater that was leaking and unfortunately I broke off a plastic check valve in the threads and couldn't get it out. Golden State came out within 4 days. They come in pairs so you kinda get two mechanics. They were able to get in there and break up the plastic without destroying the threads which would have cost me a new water heater. He had the whole thing fixed and up and running in less than an hour. Super cool guys who seamed to care about my issue and provided great service. Also gave me some tips on other issues with my RV. Super knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again. read more

Paid $200 for a visit that entailed watching two guys fumble around with no clue or plan to actually repair my vehicle. Then, this 'expert' told me the proper name for the solenoid was 'silenoid.' I'm sorry I paid for this 'service.' But I'm going to use this opportunity to help you out: 1) I left for you an honest review 2) I will give you a good referral: Tom at All Pro RV does a great job at a reasonable price. 707-495-2640 You're welcome. I hope your RV gets better soon. read more

I had these guys come out to get my camper heater working and they came out with in a week, NP. Pretty quick..... I should have know. When they got here the diagnosed what they said was the problem, charged me $200.00 and left . They suggested I replace a limiter switch, so I went online and bought 2 to make sure I didn't get a dud. Neither fixed the problem. Look, Im an engineer by trade and know how to install a simple 2 pin non-polarized component. I texted them back after MY install and they replied that's the only thing they could think of, & I should call the manufacturer as that's all they would have done WTH????!!! So in summary I paid $200 for a mis-diagnosis of the problem and the heater still doesn't work properly What a scam! read more

Golden State RV Service/Repairs helped me as I was preparing to drive home to Louisiana. They helped me with my slide that was not cooperating so I could drive home and an issue with my electric stairs retracting. Eric and his team were very kind and worked with me to get back on the road so I could get home and I am so grateful for their help! It can be difficult when these things happen far from home, but I felt like I was very lucky to find Golden State RV to help fix my issues so I could get back on the road! I would recommend Golden State RV to anyone needing on-site service and emergency service with your RVs! Thanks Guys!!! read more

We are RV newbies. We had Eric come and service our trailer before our biggest road trip to date. He came when he said he would and did what was asked of him. Once we landed at our destination we had a few (owner error) problems. It was late Saturday night before we realized we had issues. Eric worked with us until our issues were resolved. We actually went to sleep and he was still working on our issues. This was without a doubt service above and beyond what is normally expected of a vendor. We really appreciated his assistance and would highly recommend him if you have issues. It is good to have a someone who is willing to assist in a situation like this. We would have been helpless if Eric hadn't helped us out. I'm grateful we had the opportunity to meet Eric and his team. We will likely have his number on "speed dial" in the future. read more

Golden State RV has been awesome to work with. We inherited a travel trailer this year and needed a few repairs. These guys were great people, did awesome work for us and we'll definitely be using them again for any future needs. Can't recommend them enough! read more

We were on our first day of camping when the front door deadbolt jammed and we couldn't get back in. We were recommended three different RV repairs, and I'm so glad this is the first call I made. Eric was kind, helpful, and very clear on the call about what might need to happen and how to work with our extended warranty insurance. He was able to make it to our campsite within an hour of the call, tried everything he could to save the lock, but then finally had to drill it out and replace it. He was friendly, fast, and compassionate, which was especially appreciated considering my situation and my stress level. I didn't know what we were going to do if we couldn't get someone to come out and help us with dinnertime looming and all of our stuff locked inside. I highly recommend and will use them (well hopefully never!) should the bad luck arise and we need help with our RV. read more

Eric and Derek were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They helped us in a pinch! They were prompt to respond and gave us an estimate up front for a rush fee and a diagnosis fee. They were timely and got the job done in time for us to deliver our fully functional RV to relatives who lost their home in the recent fires. I recently damaged the hydraulic jack on my teardrop trailer while camping. I was referred to Golden State RV by another RV repair company. Golden State was very good at communicating with me, provided me with an estimate and arrived on time to perform the repair. This was one of the only times in my life that the estimate was more than the bill. The price was more than fair and the workmanship was perfect. I'll never call anyone else. read more

Excellent work, nice people and fair price. Don't take your RV to a dealer, use Eric and team!

I waited three months for the next possible appointment. Two friendly guys showed up when they said they would. We went through the whole list of stuff we talked about three months ago, yet they sounded unprepared for the work to be done. his and that was not on the truck and they couldn't fix anything. They had recommendations, were here for less than one hour, and charge me $250 read more

These guys are amazing! Had an electrical issue with the water heater, but couldn't move the RV. Contacted them and they came out same day and fixed the issue immediately. Very nice folks that are extremely responsive. Couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend. read more

Very disappointed. Had a problem with my furnace and called Golden State RV. They arrived and found out that the limit switch is not working but they did not have the right one with them. It needs to be ordered and they will keep me updated in a couple of days when they get the switch. They charged me $250 for a 15 minute diagnostic service call. After I did not heart back from them I ordered that limit switch $6 online and put it in by myself which was easy. Guess what ... furnace is still not working and has the same problem like before. Contacted Golden State RV again and told them that their diagnostic was wrong and what can be done to fix the problem. Did not hear back from the. Although the $250 are pretty very high I wouldn't mind to pay if the diagnostic was right and the problem would have been solved. So now I paid $250 for nothing and stucked with the same problem again. Very unprofessional from this company too, would not recommend! read more
