They installed our new refrigerator, removed our old couch, replaced our rear stabilizer, and worked directly with Keystone to help get several of our RV issues taken care of. It seems like a lot of RV shops and mobile mechanics have their share of excuses why they can't help with your particular problem, and blame it all on your camper's brand or age or whatever. None of that from Curtis. If there's something that's beyond what he can do (and there isn't much), he'll propose some creative workaround that gets you what you need, simply and pretty inexpensively. And I respect Curtis' professionalism and that of his mechanics, and his clean and organized shop that doesn't remind you of a salvage yard (like some). It doesn't sit flush and as a tall guy in a small bath, every cm counts. $250 just to come out and see what you need is fine. Taking that $250 then putting in a fan that doesn't fit OTOH is a bit much for me. I hit my head again on the fan today so figured I leave a review.
