Trailer rookie? Get yourself a new toy and in over your head? Typical newbie rookie issues with no idea on how to solve them? Tom is super friendly, great at what he does, and I am so happy to have found him!! I had a recalled electric jack, and I could not get a dealer to address it. Even the dealer I bought it from would not help, saying they just are not prioritizing recalls. Tom came to my camp, and replaced the jack! Then, once installed, we noticed that the new jack had a hairline crack in the housing - The area of the recall - so the company said they would send out a new jack right away - and Tom is going to install it for no extra charge!! I had owned my 5th wheel for only three weeks and ran into an issue retracting the slide out. In the torrential rain, Tom came out and spent 2 hours working hard to get the slide in for transport to the service shop. He came farther than he normally would for a job. He was courteous and diligent in making sure that we were able to get the RV on the road. I would absolutely recommend and call him again if I needed a mobile serviceman. We own a Leisure Travel Van that we drove across the country with a new puppy. Unbeknownst to us, he chewed the vinyl floor in the head. Tom was able to pull it all apart and replace it with new flooring and it looks good as new. We also had an issue with the awning, which Tom diagnosed immediately. Tom was great. He made time to come over and check out an issue I was having with the side out on my camper. After removing a couple of panels he showed me that I was missing bolts.
