So from $100 (special) to $200 (normal price for that particular unit) to $348 Like WTF?? Not sure if this is cost increases or just flat out greed at that point. It's a damn garage literally to stack things in. What's your reasoning behind that kind of price jump not even 2 months later? To say i'm pissed is an understatement so now i've got to pay a shit ton of money every month until i find another storage facility that's more reasonable. Load up my dad's entire house again and move it all!! Like i'm paying for his care in hospice and dealing with all of his bills. It's a balancing act making sure that money lasts and i have enough to pay for his care long term so this increase out of no where is absurd! Really sucks and for what?? I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. Now a small increase annually I understand but not this, this is a punch in the face. Just beware if you don't have money to just burn look into places and ask if they plan to surprise you with large BS increases out of no where. Eventually my three car garage went from housing two cars, to one car, and then no cars. It was time I considered a storage unit. I realized the need for a storage unit late last year, but it wasn't until recently during COVID that I had time to go down and visit Derrels and open an account. The process was as easy as it gets. But I will say, we were incredibly lucky that we arrived on a day that a 10x10 became available. This location seems to have several long-time clients and getting an available unit can be tricky. The managers were incredibly friendly and helpful. They showed us the unit and we signed that day. Moved in the next. The facility is exceptionally clean. Every nook and cranny was spotless. The unit has plywood siding so that you can hang racks and what not. The 10x10 has plenty of room for our stuff and I can FINALLY reclaim my garage.

I was misled, rushed, and sold a car that ended up costing me hundreds more than I expected. First, the dealer outright LIED to me about the insurance coverage. I was told it was full coverage -- I asked multiple times to be sure -- and he confidently said yes. Turns out, it was not full coverage. I had to immediately add liability myself, which cost me another $200 on top of the $300 I already paid for his fake "coverage." Second, the car itself was in bad shape. Here's what I dealt with right after driving off the lot: * Tires and brakes were so worn they had to be replaced almost immediately. * Engine and cabin filters were filthy. * The electric gas cap lock didn't work. * Cupholder was missing. * Back seat was loose. * Driver's seat had a stain that will never come out. * Headlights and taillights started going out within days. * Oh, and the entire car smelled like baby poop. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to clean the car before giving it to me. No detail, no care. And when I brought up the price, I was told they "don't do deals." No flexibility, no honesty, no concern for the customer. I'm a first-time buyer, and I walked in just wanting a decent car -- instead, I got taken advantage of and left with a car that's costing me way more than it should have. Save yourself the headache.
