With all safety request while we renting this truck it's break down in less then half way. If you ever get in this situation with budget there is no way you can get help in same day. We end up staying in hotel and even now we checked out there is no help. We had been calling the roadside assistance and budget customer service from 2.45pm other day we still didn't get any help. We have truck loaded with all household stuff as moving to Vegas permanently. We won't recommend Budget to no one. There is no help if you rental truck broke down in middle of freeway. My 2020 International LT is losing coolant very quickly, about a gallon every 4 hours of driving. I told them to take their time diagnosing it and don't feel rushed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday. However, the did it quickly anyway which lead me to believe they did a rushed job to go home for the holidays. Supposedly (which I highly doubt they did correctly) they did a pressure check on the cooling system and found no issues, so they just threw in a radiator cap thinking it'll fix the issue. Guess what? It didn't. Four hours later, my truck ran out of coolant again.

I made a reservation plenty of time in advance and then 2 days before go time, I get a call saying I need to pick up the truck a day early or else I have to wait until 10 am of the original day, when I made the reservation for 7 am. Pick up was also much further away than where I reserved it. I reserved furniture dolly's and those were not in the truck, so I had to go to another location instead.
