I can't say enough good things about Bridgette Small at Golden State Dealer Training Center. She was absolutely instrumental in helping us get our dealership license across the finish line. Bridgette was incredibly responsive and on top of every DMV detail throughout the entire process. Any time an issue came up, she knew exactly what needed to be done and guided us through it quickly and clearly. Her knowledge of the industry and the dealer licensing process is outstanding, and it showed at every step. If you're looking for someone who not only provides excellent educational services but also truly helps you navigate the real-world challenges of getting licensed, I highly recommend Bridgette. She knows this industry inside and out and is a tremendous asset to have in your corner. read more

Bridgett is awesome! We have used her services for many years and she has been fast efficient. She knows the industry and is very knowledgeable. I just glanced at some of these reviews with one star and find them questionable! We have been in our business for 20 years and have used Bridgett for 10 years, never any problems! Always answer within a few rings, knows the DMV inside out! I highly recommend her services! read more

Believe me go do it by yourself easy this lady she gonna lie about a lot of things. She doesn't know nothing even all those picture in her page make me feel like they graduate from college which is it's only a piece of paper. Just you need it for the Dmv and she tried to show everybody as all of them pass the test when they are not or what she teach you. You will never see it in the test plus that if you planning to apply for a whole sale or retail believe me go by yourself Dmv they are awesome and they gonna help you with no problem this lady just trying to accept as much people to just get the money and then good luck you gonna wait for eight month to one year and end up you will do it by yourself. Shitty service. She doesn't know nothing. I'm gonna sue her good luck you don't wanna even give me my money back then good luck with the court. Loser read more

SCAMMER! We payed her over 1k and still no refund after lying multiple times that the money was going to be refunded!

Would give 0 if I could. She doesn't know where you are at in any stage of this process. I had to tell her 4 times that the DMV has an issue with the paperwork and she kept uploading the same thing delaying us from getting our license. The whole thing was a nightmare form behind to end. Would not recommend working with her. It is better to submit everything on your own its not that hard and probably faster. read more

I took my dealer class a couple weeks ago & I called on a Sunday and the response time was fast! I scheduled my class that day for later on that week. The class was very informative and I knew nothing about being a dealer before this class. I passed my dealer test only missing four questions and I took it in less than 15 min thanks to Ms. Bridgett! She is very knowledgeable in the field and has been more than helpful. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to become a dealer. She shaky painless and easy to understand! She will walk you through the process from A-Z and I couldn't of been more happier that I found them & took my pre license course here! Thanks again! read more

So glad I checked with her first before submitting my application again. She caught a mistake that would've failed me. That means waiting another 2 months just to find out your application was rejected! Knew it was a long drive for me and offered to overnight my application. Just that saved me about $30 in gas and half a day. Made everything very easy, sticky points on where to sign, etc. Thanks again! read more

Doesn't deserve even a one start , I took a class with here almost a week ago, she promised to send over the certificate after "24-48" hours , it is been almost a week , nothing came in , I called here couple of days after I took the class to get an updated, she was super rude , and huge up on me at the end , Tried call and emailing today , no answers or email back ... she took the money and disappeared. I'll be reporting here to DMV, BBB, and the state . This is flat out fraud and robbery . read more

Just attended training here and enjoyed the experience. The materials provided, were up to date, accurate and professionally presented in a package. The instructor was friendly, knowledgable and helpful in every way. The setting is quite with readily available and clean rest rooms, nearby. Most important I learned the right way to begin business selling cars. Bridgette really knows her stuff, I would recommend her to anyone seeking to enter business as a car dealer. She will give you a solid foundation to start upon. Also, I observed her taking calls from former students, providing them with information support. Good business to work with. I received a special price that really helped my budget. She even provided, coffee, bottled water and condiments. read more

After requesting a full refund for no services rendered. The owner Bridget Smalls has cut off all communication, after granting my request for full refund over 45 days ago. After multiple attempts to obtain my refund. I am now moving forward with small claims court. I would not recommend Golden State Educational Services to anyone. Because she is unprofessional. read more

Scheduled class. Didn't take class. Requested a refund, but was refused. Now someone says their policy is not to offer refunds. No such refund policy is stated on the website nor was one stated to me at the time of payment. Seems to me this is a makeup as you go type of business. Yikes! Would give no stars if possible. read more
