We provided pictures from many years ago when we once had an excellent groomer and Moran did everything right! One of our babies has small skin tags and not one was kicked. There were no scratches or sores from the grooming and yet everything was perfect, from the little shaved poodle feet to their beautifully trimmed muzzles and faces. I wanted to update this review to say more good things about Indy Hound. We have done daycare and…read moreboarding now (including a whole week for our honeymoon) and we would never go anywhere else. Pete is a year old now and confident around dogs of all sizes! His good socialization is due in part to Indy Hound's care. The dogs are able to play with each other and the staff from 7a-7p before being kenneled for the night. Pete has always come home happy (and TIRED which says a lot because Bostons have lots of energy). The staff are amazing, know us and Pete well, and he gets excited to go in when we get there. The peace of mind that he's well taken care of while we are away is priceless, but Indy Hound's prices are also affordable, and they have add on services like baths and nail trims, which is very convenient. This is definitely the best place to take your dog for daycare or boarding in downtown Indy.

I went back in and watched the camera footage. It is obvious in the video that the groomer injured my dog several times, the animal's pain was visible in the video. Then she was almost choked to death by the collar and almost fell off the stand several times as the groomer pulled her ears, yelled at her, and ran the clipper on her face.
