They have a nice variety of quality goods items. We have tried their holiday meal collections and been very pleased with their preplanned Thanksgiving turkey meal, Christmas meals , and Easter lamb meal-their ready-to-cook appetizer to dessert collections, as well as their brunch quiche specials. They make it easy to plan for group get -togethers or small family meals. We also like their deli special where you get 4 delicious light croissants when you buy a pound of their Chicken salad- for 4 tasty lunch sandwiches. Their produce, deli, cheese, and bakery items are well chosen. The meat dearest has good weekly specials. There are also weekly dinner specials with the ingredients gathered -ready for you to cook quickly at home without much meal prep time. They also have small coffee samples for the weekly coffee special-a nice touch as you shop. Personnel: The personnel are friendly and helpful. Even the manager and asst managers go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. In the past when we have asked for special help, we received it with a smile. Facility -clean, cheerful. Easy to move around. Location: Conveniently located in a popular shopping center -ample parking.

A few days ago when getting eggs, I seem to have come across a sort of morning meeting of the employees on that aisle. I stopped to tell them how much I enjoy the store, even against their competitors. I think it's important to say the words, especially for those whose work is pretty invisible. It matters to see well-stocked shelves and have friendly assistance. We shoppers notice. Thank you, employees, for being so attentive to your work. It feels like love. Who doesn't want that?! The healthy section (multiple aisles) is huge and really amazing. Also a huge wine selection here! Also open 24 hours so it's great if you are needing something urgently at an odd hour. Only downside is some of the self checkout machines act kind of weird sometimes. I'll just be scanning my items and it will say help needed. And then I have to wait for the self checkout worker to come help me. Sometimes they aren't paying attention and I have to wait quite a while or go over and ask for help. Also I don't really like driving on Alps as it's often busy really but that's personal preference.

I wanted to update my review because I was negative on their proteins which are just not priced…read morecompetitively, but the store is well laid out and very convenient. I continue to have an issue with chicken, beef, and other proteins is Publix seems to run 2X the price of Kroger or Ingles, but their produce, their deli make up for my reason to come to Publix as well as they're staple items which went on a Bogo are competitive. The store handles my prescriptions, and I do come here often due to its convenience to pick up, last-minute items, especially in produce as the produce is competitively priced. All Publix locations are high on chicken and steaks which all carry a premium, including bacon which I just don't understand because I can't believe people will pay eight dollars a pound for boneless chicken breast or $35 a pound for filet mignon when you can get it for $27 a pound at Ingles however, reviews should cover the entire aspect of the store and the staff who are very courteous and attentive. Between this location and the Braselton location, I stop it either depending on which directing I'm going and always get great service, but I do choose to buy my chicken and meat at other locations for Thanksgiving. Publix came through with their standing rib roast on sale for $10.95 pound, which was the best around so I ended up purchasing several for all the dinners I had to cook. Thanks Publix for coming through on Thanksgiving as we don't do turkeys and our holidays were fantastic! Highly recommend.

For some reason you have to ask customer service for your sub, it's never in the pick up area and they just have to go ask the deli staff anyway. Pleaseeee sort it out so subs are made on time (correctly) and just left in the pick up area or have it so you just get your sub from the deli area not customer service.

My husband and I waited beside her to ask, but she clearly did not notice us because her conversation was so extremely interesting. I said "excuse me ma'am" and she suddenly snapped at me and accused me of being disrespectful. Her and her friend caused an extremely shocking scene in the middle of the store for interrupting the conversation. They also called me RACIST for interrupting ( the employee was white by the way.) The friend of hers was saying extremely sexist things to my husband like "you need to get your wife in order" (which he's lucky my husband has more class than to beat him up right then and there.) I am still here wondering how a customer asking for help disrespectful--especially when she's supposed to be working instead of standing around gossiping? Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and it honestly shocked me. I came into the store expecting basic customer service, not to be yelled at for interrupting her personal chat. This was beyond unacceptable. If staff are on the clock, they should be assisting customers, not prioritizing social conversations and then lashing out when someone needs help. After speaking to another employee, he told me her behavior was "not surprising." Just to give a description, her name was Janie, and she's an older lady with long grey hair. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.
