The vibes are immaculate, the staff is super sweet and actually helpful (like, they take the time to recommend things instead of just rushing you), and the product selection is sooo good. While I was busy nerding out on our conversation, a clearly more experienced buyer came in and was known by name and was in and out in less than a few minutes, so it seems to be a great environment for connoisseurs and experienced buyers, too. If I had to pick anything to nitpick, I absolutely loved the merch and branding, but the apparel was a bit pricey for me to justify pick anything up--I don't perceive this as a core tenet of what P&T does so it doesn't affect my rating, but would love to pick up a shirt/hoodie if those prices become a bit more palatable. Overall great experience for a beginner with a very knowledgeable and passionate staff. Cannot speak to prices as I don't shop around, but the culture/vibe of P&T is unique enough that I'm not worried about a few bucks if there are in fact cheaper options like some reviews suggest.

The woman who helped me (I'm kicking myself for not catching her name) was absolutely WONDERFUL. I can't stress that enough. I was dealing with horrible altitude sickness and needed something to help with the nausea. She went above and beyond to help me find the right products, and as dramatic as it might sound for such a brief interaction, she genuinely restored a little of my faith in humanity. 10/10 for this shop and especially for the amazing woman who helped me. It has many to choose from. There's some cheaper stuff. It also has some very expensive if you need the high quality. The employees know their stuff very well. If you're looking for a certain buzz they know what to get. Some things here are about $15 a gram and some are much more than that. It can get pretty busy. It's popular. As for prices I think they are ok given the location. If you're paying by debit card I think there's an added service fee that is a percentage of the sale.
