My housekeeper had fallen ill and so it had been a month since my house was cleaned. When I originally spoke to them, I said my biggest concern was to make sure they got all the dust, underneath the furniture, which sits on hardwood floors, so no need to move furniture. After they left, I noticed they only took a swipe at the front of the furniture and left dust behind. Didn't dust anything sitting out on furniture (vase, knickknacks, etc). Definitely not the thorough cleaning that I had paid for. When I reported this, she said sorry it didn't work out. Did not offer to come back and make it right.

The cleaners were very strict about only cleaning items listed in the initial agreement, but even some of those items were not done properly. We had to point out visible dust and cobwebs, and the job felt very very rushed. When they finished, the cleaners left without doing a final walkthrough or checking if anything needed correction. Although the owner mentioned they called out to us before leaving, that didn't happen. I truly wanted this to be a better experience, and I appreciate Maria's professionalism and kindness, but based on the quality of the cleaning itself, we were left disappointed.

So much so that we plan on hiring them on a more regular basis. Even cleaned our refrigerator and the inside of our oven which I noticed with other companies are an extra charge. They got in the nooks and crannies of our windows and made up all the beds. They were on time, professional, and didn't cut corners. Everything they said was included in a deep clean, they completed. Would definitely recommend and won't be our last time hiring them. Thank you so much.

I called several cleaning companies, including Molly's Maids, who quoted me $300-$420 just to clean the bathroom, and most couldn't even come the next day. Then I called and spoke with Marisol, who was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She gave me a much more reasonable quote and was able to send someone the next day to accommodate my urgent request. Ofelia arrived and was an absolute blessing.
