My driver never contacted me, when I made the appt, the *owner* took no info from me, I had to reach out BEFORE to give/confirm my info, then he told me to contact my driver directly. When I called, he answered Hello? First red flag, not a business number I was calling, it was a personal cell phone. I should have looked up their business address. A driving school. Really? They are not even listed at the address with google maps, so this is not a real *business* I gave my flight info, date and time of arrival a couple days in advance to confirm to driver the arrival in a couple days. On the night of our arrival, the driver messages back to me that he is on another errand and will be there to pick us up as soon as he is done, should not take long. The driver was not there, we had to wait 45 min outside for his arrival, 47 min if you want to be technical about it. 7:30 we are outside, and 8:17 he arrives, eventually. I told the *owner* I wanted something more special than UBER, so I was contacting him to get a personal pick up, WRONG DECISION The car was a YARIS, and it had a HUGE wet stain in it and it was filthy. I was skeeved the whole drive. We should have called an uber. It was the WORST experience ever, I would NOT recommend this service, they took the cash and I am sure they did not even report it to the govt. *shrug* Buyer beware, do not use this service. Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. I really appreciate it bc after traveling for 24 hrs all you want to worry about is to go to sleep and this was one less thing off my plate to think about. So, thank you 5 Star Transportation Services for all you do! And yes, I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong. I will continue working with them. I have them as my contact on my phone now!
