Several days later I spilled something on the kitchen floor and when I wiped it up there was dirt on the paper towel. They didn't vacuum my stairs, and the bottom half of my garlic keeper was missing. I reported it to the owner and she said she thought she texted me about the breakage. She said the girls probably forgot about vacuuming the stairs because in the past I didn't need them to clean upstairs. What??? They always vacuumed the stairs...they're part of my living room!! She said she's sorry I didn't tell her the same day! On top of all this, she didn't charge me what I paid in the past, she charged me $30 more...plus the $30 for the deep cleaning (that I surely didn't get). She took off the $30 for the "deep cleaning". I reluctantly paid her the increase. I wet paper towels and went over floors in 3 rooms...I couldn't believe it! The couldn't have washed the floors either! I tipped them generously, I might add. As a business owner, I felt she should know how well her girls "clean".
