This is a dishonest business that will steal your money. I paid $300 to Superior Septic (RM…read moreInnovations Inc) for the twice a year maintenance for our septic system. The check was cashed in June 2025 but then they never came out to check our septic system. I contacted them for over a month between July and August 2025 to see when they would complete the maintenance visit. I called and left voicemails, texted and emailed and it took 6 weeks to get a response. Eventually I said I just I needed a refund and finally I heard from Char with Superior Septic. She told me that Superior had come out and talked to my husband because we had low alarm levels. That never happened. My husband had never talked to them and we work from home and knew they had never come to our house. When I pushed back and said that never happened, she tried to describe the location of my house and where our septic system is, and it was incorrect. If any of that story was true, it was not for our house or septic system. I requested a refund at the end of August and Char agreed to provide one. It is now November, and Superior is ignoring all my attempts to contact them. However, when I called from a different number, Char picked up right away and then told me she had mailed a check "months ago" and would "check with their accountant and get back to me". Of course, that was another lie and she didn't call me back or respond to my follow up attempts to contact them. Oh and by the way- their periodic report is delinquent with the state of Colorado as of February 2025 and therefore they are operating their business illegally. Do not do business with these dishonest people.

Apparently after they did my annual checkup and change the filters on my furnace the company decided they will not service my area. I called Garrhs in Durango and they could/would not be able to help until 5 days from today. YEAH for CAL Steel & Sheet Metal....they came to my rescue. I called at 8 a.m. to see if they could fix the problem. By 10:30 Ben was at my house, fixed the problem, and was gone to save the day for another person. So don't waste your time with people that will not help you go straight to the pros.

The representative was friendly and informative. I received a reasonable quote, which included a discount for taking the rugs into them. In a few short weeks I went to pick up the rugs and was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they professionally cleaned, but stains that I thought might not come out were gone. Plus, because the estimate of sq. footage was a little off, I was given a small refund. I was so pleased I decided to return with 3 more rugs. They did just as good of a job as before.
