I spoke directly with the owner, and his response was that "people just take them too fast." I was blunt and told him that's clearly a problem for the restaurant to solve--not the cooks' or customers' problem. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue or offering an apology, he simply walked away from me. If you're going there specifically for an all-you-can-eat crab leg night, I would recommend going somewhere else. There's nothing wrong with customers eating the product they're paying for, but the restaurant needs to be prepared to keep the buffet stocked.

The Golden Dragon makes EVERY attempt at satisfying customers. OVER 100 served EACH day, happily and complimentary! Yes, there are mistakes made - and efforts are made to correct them. The dining room is not overcrowded as it was when the Buffet was there. But that's fine as QUALITY is better than quantity! Yes, the dining room light is occasionally off, as our dads taught us to turn the light off in an empty room! Delivery is made thru a 3rd party therefore the restaurant cannot offer a guarantee on how the food will be once delivered. Thats a chance you take! Negative reviews and excessive complaining by unhappy individuals only show's that they are unhappy everywhere they go! The economy of 2022 has not been good, inflation is currently at 7.1% most businesses are struggling (many are closing). But we are family at the Golden Dragon, we will do our best to see this thru! read more
