It took a few months longer than we hoped, but given the market and that our home was listed much higher than the average selling home in Apple Valley it was a given this would not be a quick and easy sale. We experienced about every set back you can imagine and Jason did his very best to keep pushing through, bringing new ideas to the table and helping out in every way imaginable. I more than appreciate the constant updates, always being able to be reached via phone and email, fast and smart responses. I was for sure not easy to work with, very outspoken, opinionated and had questions and concerns almost daily, but Jason handled all of this with grace and had me confident in his ability to get our home sold as quick as possible for the best price possible. I let Alyssa know that I was doing this to see if the fence is mine or not on my property,because I wanted to take it out. I was told it may take three weeks to get out. They ended up doing the job in about 2 weeks with no communication. Joe put up 4 corners on my property. Which honestly did me no good, I could not properly determine if the fence is mine or not. I paid $1200 and was told to "eye ball" the sticks to see if its mine or not. My property curves, so its ridiculous they would even say that. Also the stick is only about a foot above the ground and there are trees making it impossible to see the other side. I called and they said they would come out Tuesday in the afternoon to put a middle stake up. No one showed up and no communication. I called letting them know my disappointment. They eventually came out the next day without me there, my whole reason was to speak to Joe about the property lines. I cant tell you how upset I am with their whole process and lack of communication/professionalism.
