We used their services for a trip in May, traveling to a few different spots around NYC for a group of 12 of us. Our driver was excellent and provided wonderful service throughout the entire trip. He was patient with us and always available when we needed him throughout the day.  He even made a suggestion to stop at a near by ice cream shop in between our stops. We loved the suggestion, and the shop! The limo party bus was perfect for our group size. Very clean and we even had space for a decent sized cooler. I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the initial quote to completion of her trip, I can not say enough wonderful things about Connor and his transportation company. I requested quotes from 3 car companies and theirs was significantly the most reasonable. Because I was booking this for a family member it was nice they included gratuity to easily provide the full amount they should expect to pay. Prior to booking, I had a few questions due to some additional needs of my mother-in-law which Connor happily answered and provided clarity and reassurance as to the entire process. I was interested in booking the additional inside meet and greet to ease my mother-in-law's nerves when arriving in EWR which was reasonable. The night before the scheduled trip, a courtesy text/email was sent with the driver's name and phone number which was helpful prior to beginning the hectic travel day. My mother-in-law happily reported that her driver, Joseph, was friendly, accommodating, and a safe driver. I truly appreciated the ease in booking and ensuring a smooth transport for my mother-in-law who had to travel by herself. I would highly recommend Hamilton's Car and Limo Service to anyone traveling into the NJ/NYC area as they were reasonable, reliable, and had wonderful customer service!

We booked a limo last minute for our wedding. We needed to be driven around lower Manhattan for a…read morecouple hours while we were taking some wedding photos. I was expecting a basic, clean limo, no more. We got a little less I'm afraid. One of the seats was broken and you couldn't sit on it properly. Unfortunately I was concerned my wedding dress was going to get dirty because the limo didn't feel particularly well cared for/clean. The driver was very nice and patient, but he didn't really seem to know his way around Manhattan very well. We had to give him lots of directions. Given this was a spur of the moment reservation, I guess it was OK, but I don't think any of this should have been given a second thought. The absolute worst part about this company is their billing and customer service. My father wanted to pay for the limo, but he had to go through a process in order to get his credit card pre-authorized. It was a hassle, and after all of it, they ended up charging my credit card which is what I asked them NOT to do. In addition to that, they overcharged my credit card for an additional hour we didn't use. I spoke to Sal, the manager, as soon as I received my email receipt and he said he would credit my card back and was very sorry for the error. I would have been satisfied except for the fact that it's over a month later and I still haven't gotten my credit back. I called two more times and emailed, and was told I would receive the email receipt showing the credit. I still have not received this email.... Bottom line, if you're looking for a clean, honest and hassle free experience, please use a different limo company. There are plenty of them in NYC!

So a definite star for client services/reservations. Our driver arrived promptly and was ready to assist all of us to the vehicle (including holding the umbrellas while we all hustled under the rain to get into the car. Another star for our driver Walter (Client services). The car was clean and with full amenities and the ride was smooth - another star for the vehicle condition. After our evening was over we called our driver again and he quickly came to pick us up. (A star for timeliness) One we were done with our service we didn't even need to deal with cash as they accept credit cards, making the process seamless. You guessed it...a star for convenience. Overall a 5-star service that I will be using again.

I went online to find a car service to Newark airport. I've been taking local taxis for years and…read moreas prices continue to rise, the quality of the cars continues to decline. If I can pay $42 for a gross car, I reasoned, I'd be willing to pay a little bit more for a nicer car. I found Econolimousine - check out their website, it's http://econolimousine.com. The cars look beautiful, they respond within hours to the request for a quote. The person with whom I spoke was very nice and gave me a quote of $55. Now, for the real story. When I called back to confirm, the guy who answered the phone answered with, "taxi." I asked for the woman with whom I'd spoken before. When we spoke, I also verified that this was, indeed, a limo - a town car - given how the other man had answered the phone, and she assured me it was. I told her I'd be using a credit card and said I just needed to give it to the driver. About 20 minutes before pickup, I was told that a "powder blue Lincoln Town car" was waiting outside of my house, but there was no rush, I should go outside when I was ready. The caller, like everyone else I spoke with, was extremely nice. We finished some last minute packing, and opened the door -- and there was no car there. He wasn't late, but it was kind of weird to get that call and not find someone there. He did show up right on time -- in a powder blue town car that looked like it'd been used for bumper cars. The inside I can only describe as grimy -- didn't want to touch anything -- it looked like the interior hadn't been wiped down in weeks. The door handles were attached with clear duct tape. Once we got to the airport. I handed the driver my credit card -- remember, when I booked I told them I planned to use it. He didn't know this -- and they did not tell me there would be a service charge, although that's pretty standard. What's also standard is a $1 - $2 charge; this company charged $5. Plus tolls. Plus tip. In a car that was in the same condition as a typical cab, or worse. The business card he gave me was for "Ace Taxi," not Econo Limousine. As a comparison -- when I arrived in the city I was traveling to, I had arranged for a car to pick me up. As soon as I got my bag, I texted the company, and within 5 minutes a spotless black Escalade pulled up. The cost was $55. Please don't fall for this company, which is clearly a scam. I expected a car that looked like what was on their website -- and what I got was nothing like it. False advertising at its best.

Wallstreet Limousines is just fantastic! We decided super last minute (literally, a few days before) that we needed a limousine for our wedding. After calling a few places, I finally landed on Wallstreet Limousines. I'm so glad I did because not only did we get the best price, we also received excellent customer service. Joe, our contact person, was super responsive and always kept me in the loop as to the status of my request. Additionally, after requesting a last minute limo, we decided practically the DAY BEFORE that we wanted a white limo (originally we'd booked a black limo). I know, super annoying, and I wouldn't have been surprised if Wallstreet told us it couldn't be done. But they made it happen and made sure everything was perfect for our special day! I can't recommend this company enough. Excellent service!
